Periodo di saldi, quindi periodo per fare shopping, ovviamente acquistando ciò che conviene... entro con mia figlia che cercava un paio di pantaloni neri che non ha trovato... do un'occhiata anch'io, premetto negozio di paese con abbigliamento femminile classico; la commessa mi fa delle proposte che non incontrano il mio gusto ... mia figlia vede un vestito che le piaceva per me, dato che era un suo regalo, lo provo e mi sta discretamente e chiedo il prezzo ... con sconto 30% costava 99 € ... dico la seguente frase: "volevo spendere meno" e qui é emersa tutta la mancanza di tatto, professionalità e sensibilità della commessa titolare che ha esternato dicendo: "in questo negozio NON HO DA MENO, se lei non vuole spendere QUESTO NON È IL NEGOZIO PER LEI" ... da questa frase abbiamo capito perché in magazzino ci sono tutte le taglie dei capi esposti e non venduti di tutta la stagione! Signora Nerella quando entra una cliente, lei non conosce la persona e tanto meno le sue potenzialità economiche, il suo compito sarebbe quello di SODDISFARE LA CLIENTE. Davanti a tanta maleducazione, figlia dell'ignoranza, abbiamo ringraziato e siamo uscite da questo posto ... "scuotendo la polvere dai calzari" ... SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTO NEGOZIO.
