Clean store that has what you need to update your home. Also all the little items from bins to batteries. I especially like the lighting panels. Going to get some for my garage.

Located on the end of mall area if you park above ground, it's the first store you encounter. We thought the stores within the mall were connected whereby shoppers could walk through to the Main mall. But this is not the case. There are stand alone stores before entering the Mall where there's a main walk area within the mall.

Very well served by Venusia working in the door section at Leroy Merlin Belpasso. Apart from explaining to us every single detail, she gave us the best possible prices and also arranged all the necessary paperwork for our shipper for a smooth transaction. My favorite Home Improvement store in Sicily. Leroy has a pretty good outdoor garden center but it can be hard to find what you need at time. Come with patience and an open mind.

Leroy Merlin is one of the best home stores I've ever been in. It takes some getting used to the layout. It isn't an American company, so it's hard to see why you would expect that it would reflect the american aesthetic, but some people do. Once you are used to it thought, items become easy to find. It is clean and bright and not overly loud. The concrete floors are painted white with a durable paint. The store moves away from the industrial shelving of most US brand home stores for mostly retail type displays. This makes it pleasant and airy and open for shoppers and makes US sites seem downright dour by comparison. I have rarely been frustrated when looking for specific relevant items here. Things to understand when going here : 1. This site is in Italy. This seems self evident, bit it is rather important. -Employees are friendly and want to help, but very few of them speak english, so you are either going to need to break out your conversational italian, or you are going to have to accept you are on your own ti find what you need. This can lead to some rather long shipping trips. - products are also only labeled in italian. Those that aren't right be labeled in english, but maybe in Greek or german. Google translate psd your friend here, just beware. 2. Sizes are in metric, not imperial units. This holds true for fasteners, lumber, drill bits, and window coverings. If you come with a shopping list, let's say you are building a set of cornhole boards, make sure you convert the sizes in advance. 3. Getting here is a bit of an odyssey. The highways to get here are not intuitive, not straight, and can be highly variable. Bricoman is somewhat easier to get to, but is less nice and is geared to contractors. This store is better for consumers and DIYers. 4. Big items like furniture and sheds are ordered inside at the kiosk, paid for at checkout, and picked up at the listing dock in back. 5. They aren't going to help you load or carry your purchase out. This is on you. 6. Don't plan on being able to return what you buy. That's not really how it works. 7. Bring a euro or .50 euro coin to check out a cart. 8. During the current pandemic, they have a bunch of dividers and screens up, are checking temperatures at the door, and are super standoffish at checkout. I can't really blame them. Just plan on it and move on. I hope you enjoy shopping there as much as we have.

Large selection, large open aisles. Friendly staff. If you don't speak Italian.... And the staff doesn't speak English.... Use their free wifi and search for an image of what you need... You will be shown where to find it. I have also needed (chosen....) to return a few items on occasion.... While a slightly different process then I'm used to.... There were no hassles, questions.... Provided a voucher from customer service which can then be taken to a cashier for your refund or used as a store credit.

Clean, friendly helpful staff… when you can find someone! Some departments seem much better staffed than others.
