★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How do you guys not do returns. Purchased a converter that didn't have a USB plug in option. I came back 5 minutes later and they would not give me a refund only and exchange. I didn't need anything else so I kept the charger, it works well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't attempt to organise internet connection in Italy. 3 hours, 12 signatures . A lot of staff seem to be doing nothing .there was one assistant and I assume a manager dealing with many enquiries not a good experience
