L	Liana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima... sia dal punto di vista della professionalità e sia dal punto di vista umano....comportamento scorretto, subdolo e tanta arroganza da parte del titolare ( che non si capisce bene che cosa sia, perché a seconda dell'occasione un giorno si definisce un professionista, il giorno dopo già non è più un professionista ma bensì un prestatore di lavoro occasionale....) che pensa che il cliente sia uno stupido e quindi di poter letteralmente prenderlo in giro a proprio piacimento e vantaggio menandogli il can per l'aia a tutto spiano. E per QUALSIASI COSA è il cliente che ha la colpa! Se non sai le cose non è mica colpa dell'agenzia che omette di dirti le cose, è colpa del cliente che deve già saperle...per giustificare le proprie mancanze si accusa il cliente "certe cose non devo certo spiegarle io, non stiamo scoprendo l'acqua calda"!!!!! Se l'agenzia non emette fattura non è colpa dell'agenzia, è colpa del cliente perché non c'è nessun mandato da parte del cliente,come se fosse il cliente che deve presentarsi col mandato in agenzia o chiedere il mandato.... Se l'agente immobiliare entra a casa tua coi potenziali nuovi inquilini avvisando gli inquilini invece che il proprietario, è sempre colpa del cliente... E potrei continuare..... If the agency does not issue an invoice, it is not the agency's fault, it is the client's fault because there is no mandate from the client, as if it were the client who has to go to the agency with the mandate or ask for the mandate ....
