★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una vecchia Panda 4x4 del 1998, a 2000 euro, consapevole di acquistare un' automobile da sistemare. In tutte le telefonate precedenti al bonifico (sarà pura coincidenza!!!!) il venditore era sempre pronto e disponibile a tutte le chiamate e tutte le mail; a bonifico effettuato il venditore era sempre occupato e nemmeno richiamava e alle mail ogni tanto arrivava qualche risposta.
Gentile la segretaria.
Credo, caro venditore, che le persone vanno trattate tutte in modo uguale a prescindere da quanto spendono. Non necessariamente chi compra un'automobile da 2000 euro deve essere classificato meno di chi ne compra una da 30, 40 mila o oltre. Un trattamento corretto magari non avrebbe fatto "scappare" il cliente. Non giudicate le persone all' acquisto che fanno, perché dietro un' acquisto economico non sempre c'è chi non può spendere. Mi fermo qui!!!!!
I bought an old Panda 4x4 from 1998, for 2000 euros, aware of buying a car to fix. In all the phone calls prior to the bank transfer (it will be pure coincidence !!!!) the seller was always ready and available for all calls and emails; once the transfer was made, the seller was always busy and did not even call back and the e-mails occasionally received some reply.
Dear secretary.
I believe, dear seller, that people should all be treated equally regardless of how much they spend. Not necessarily those who buy a car for 2000 euros must be classified less than those who buy one for 30, 40 thousand or more. A correct treatment might not have made the customer "run away". Do not judge people by the purchase they make, because behind an economic purchase there are not always those who cannot spend. I stop here!!!!!

A dir la verità non ho comprato ancora da loro ma sono gli unici che mi hanno risposto e dedicato tempo quando ho detto che cercavo un auto per comprarla tra 6 mesi - un anno. Gli altri posti dove ho sentito non mi hanno dedicato tempo o mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia.
I contacted them for a car. To tell the truth I haven't bought from them yet but they are the only ones who have answered me and taken the time when I said I was looking for a car to buy it in 6 months - a year. The other places I heard didn't give me time or shut the phone in my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone davvero valide. Mi hanno dato una valutazioncina della mia macchina buona e così ho venduto a loro la mia auto. Non sapevo acquistassero auto senza comprare nulla invece è così. Altro che farsi venire la gente in casa per venderla da solo che uno non ha i soldi, l'altro ti offre misere e chi ce l'ha tutto sto tempo.
Really good people. They gave me a little appraisal of my good car and so I sold my car to them. I didn't know they bought cars without buying anything, but that's the way it is. Other than having people come into the house to sell it alone that one does not have the money, the other offers you miserable and who has it all I have time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una Panda da loro. Vengo da Ferrara e non sono riuscito a trovare una Panda nuova nella mia zona. incredibile. Comunque sono venuto da loro e ce l'avevano pronta consegna. Ho fatto tutto con finanziamento in qualche giorno e il weekend dopo sono tornato a ritirare l'auto. Che dire ottima rete ufficiale della Fiat. Qui.
I bought a Panda from them. I am from Ferrara and could not find a new Panda in my area. incredible. Anyway I came to them and they had it ready for delivery. I did everything with financing in a few days and the weekend after I went back to collect the car. What about an excellent Fiat official network. Here.
