P	Peppe Franzese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato tramite il servizio assistenza whatsapp della Vicky Italy il faro posteriore di un Lem Mad da montare su apposita predisposizione sotto sella originale. Prima di effettuare l'ordine avevo chiaramente richiesto il faro per il mio modello preciso mandando anche le foto del mio monopattino. Avevo anche chiaramente richiesto che aggiungessero nel pacco spedito le istruzioni per collegare i 3 fili che escono dal faro (cioè a quali 3 fili della centralina andavano collegati, mandando anche foto e dettagli della mia centralina) . Spedizione arrivata, il faro non è un ricambio originale del monopattino Lem Mad poiché non entra nei due buchi della predisposizione sella. Quando ho segnalato la cosa mi hanno risposto su whatsapp che dovevo modificare i buchi della predisposizione sulla mia sella se lo volevo montare..! Non mi hanno poi nemmeno inviate le istruzioni per montare i 3 fili del faro e quando ho sollecitato un loro aiuto sempre sull'assistenza whatsapp non mi hanno più risposto (i messaggi li leggevano però). Pessima esperienza e pessima assistenza post vendita. I purchased the rear light of a Lem Mad to be mounted on a special arrangement under the original saddle through the Vicky Italy whatsapp assistance service. Before placing the order I had clearly requested the headlight for my precise model and also sent the photos of my scooter. I had also clearly requested that they add the instructions to connect the 3 wires that come out of the lighthouse in the package sent (ie to which 3 wires of the control unit were connected, also sending photos and details of my control unit). Shipping arrived, the headlight is not an original spare part of the Lem Mad scooter as it does not fit into the two holes of the saddle arrangement. When I reported it, they replied on whatsapp that I had to modify the holes of the predisposition on my saddle if I wanted to mount it ..! They did not even send me the instructions to mount the 3 wires of the lighthouse and when I asked for their help, always on whatsapp assistance, they no longer answered me (they read the messages though). Bad experience and bad after sales service.
