★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una macelleria che a Marzo del 2019 compierà 40 anni di attività e l’esperienza non delude assolutamente, rinomata per la freschezza e la bontà della carne vanta un prestigioso posto nella lavorazione degli arrosticini che sono a mio parere di una bontà raramente paragonabile .
Oltre ad un banco ben fornito si possono trovare speciali salsicce di carne, cotechino e fegato, arrosticini che se preventivamente ordinati possono essere fatti di grandezze diverse e non bisogna dimenticare che qui si possono trovare le mazzarelle, un prodotto che richiede un tempo di lavorazione ed un controllo dei singoli elementi che la caratterizzano non indifferente.
Ovviamente se volete sbizzarrirvi e preparare la carne in modi sfiziosi i proprietari sono sempre ben lieti nel dispensare consigli a mio avviso sempre ben accetti.
Sono anni che mi fornisco da loro e non mi hanno mai deluso, mai.
