Come del resto la qualità degli ingredienti lascia molto a desiderare... Dopo la chiamata per far presente l'accaduto hanno risposto di cambiare pizzeria... Tutto questo lo trovo veramente allucinante dopo tutti gli anni che anche io prendo la pizza da loro... Buona la pizza, peccato l'abbia pagata un po': 18€ per una maxy con delle patatine che erano un po' fredde... Tutto sommato non male, ci tornerò! Comunque con la prenotazione mai avuto problemi, in ultimo ma non meno importante corretto uso di mascherine e protocollo Covid da parte da parte di tutto lo staff!! La signora è molto gentile e tanto scherzosa il marito è bravissimo a far le pizze. Consiglio a tutti quelli che passano per Palazzolo dello stella provincia di Udine di fermarsi da Lele's pizza e vi giuro che nn ve ne pentirete. Ragazzi vi voglio bene e continuate così siete delle bravissime persone. Purtroppo ultimamente, la qualità lascia alquanto a desiderare, ingredienti scarsi e non di buona qualità. Le prime volte abbiamo sorvolato, può succedere, ma in questa occasione,visto la scarsità degli ingredienti, ho deciso di chiamare. La risposta della proprietaria è stata alquanto deludente. Ho spiegato con tranquillità,( non aggredendola verbalmente come mi è stato detto) e la risposta è stata la prossima volta ordinate le pizze altrove Big disappointment!!! I clienti vanno ascoltati, soprattutto quelli abituali che non si sono mai lamentati. Non ho scritto subito la recensione, ma l'ho chiamata per avere spiegazioni, lei si è offesa rispondendomi di rivolgermi altrove, questo è! Io le ho risposto che ovviamente aveva ragione. Non ha neppure chiesto quale fosse il problema. La pizza con le zucchine ad esempio era una cosa vergognosa, 5 rotelle di zucchine e la mozzarella era pressoché invisibile in tutte, patatine fritte forse una ventina... In realtà mi è dispiaciuto di più il comportamento che lei ha avuto. Bastava un scusi mi dispiace la prossima volta faremo più attenzione, che un cercare di divincolarsi dicendo che nella fretta può succedere che vengano messi meno ingredienti. Puntualizzo sul fatto che io NON ho assolutamente parlato di costi di consegna e la ragguaglio che ci sono pizzerie che fanno il servizio di asporto anche solo per una pizza. Si informi lei questa volta. Inoltre nel menu’ non c’e scritto che non fate consegna per una sola pizza. Concludo dicendo che la distanza era meno di tre chilometri.
