Formula innovativa di soli 30 minuti perfettamente compatibile con impegni lavorativi e familiari. Gli ambienti ampi e puliti unitamente alla possibilità di andare in palestra a qualsiasi ora dalle 8 del mattino sino alla sera rendono il centro con una marcia in più. Da consigliare. Ma da quando ho iniziato ad allenarmi con la squadra di Lei in fit ho voglia di venire in palestra! Gli allenamenti sono vari, quindi per nulla noiosi, costruiti sulla persona nell'ambito del singolo circuito. Le ragazze sono bravissime e gentilissime, è un ambiente dove vigono la cordialità, l'educazione ,la motivazione e la pulizia. Menzione particolare per i proprietari, che belle persone ❤ I have never been consistent with training, I get bored easily and have always been unmotivated. But since I started training with Lei's fit team I have been wanting to come to the gym! The workouts are various, therefore not boring at all, built on the person within the single circuit. The girls are very good and very kind, it is an environment where friendliness, education, motivation and cleanliness prevail. Special mention for the owners, what nice people ❤

Merito di chi gestisce con competenza, dedizione e professionalità un lavoro che è soprattutto passione e che , chi più di me può affermarlo, è cresciuto negli anni adeguandosi ai cambiamenti fisiologici. E ancora, per i difficili tempi che viviamo, continua ad adattarsi x andare incontro alle esigenze di tutte noi! Dunque, non è solo UNA PALESTRA, ma la TUA PALESTRA! Lei in Fit è casa perché ti senti veramente accolta, non sei abbandonata a te stessa le ragazze sono sempre lì per aiutarti e anche scherzare insieme a te, vieni motivata costantemente. Loro sempre lì pronte ad ascoltarti Prima di conoscere Lei in Fit io e gli esercizi eravamo di due mondi completamente diversi e non ci pensavo minimamente mentre da quando frequento questa palestra mi alleno volentieri, è una mezz’ora che ti fa stare bene ti fa rinascere, non la cambierei con nessun’altra al mondo! La consiglio vivamente a tutte!!! Se state cercando un posto dove sentirvi a vostro agio e soprattutto volete ottenere degli ottimi obiettivi LEI IN FIT È IL POSTO GIUSTO!!!! Vi adoro ragazzeeeee ? Ero molto perplessa per la formula 30 minuti e non capivo se, data questa peculiarità, il rapporto qualità-prezzo fosse ragionevole. Spoiler: un allenamento di GAG è stato più che sufficiente a farmi pentire di aver dubitato :') l'atmosfera e il personale sono top. Non abbiate timore di andare da sole, senza la solita amica: non avreste comunque modo di perdervi in chiacchiere, le personal trainer vi faranno lavorare sodo, con tutte le istruzioni del caso. Promossa!

Ambiente pulito,palestra attrezzata ed allenamento a circuito che mi piace tantissimo. Le istruttrici sono bravissime e motivano molto.30 minuti di allenamento intenso che mi fa scaricare tensione accumulata a scuola e mi fa sentire meglio. Consiglio questa palestra soprattutto a chi ha poco tempo e cerca scuse per non allenarsi. 30 minuti si possono trovare anche ogni giorno,provare per credere! This is already the second week that I come to this gym and every time I finish the fixed training the next lesson already! Clean environment, equipped gym and circuit training that I really like. The instructors are very good and motivate a lot. 30 minutes of intense training that makes me release tension accumulated at school and makes me feel better. I recommend this gym especially to those who have little time and are looking for excuses not to train. 30 minutes can also be found every day, seeing is believing!

In realtà c'è molto di più: Lei in Fit è uno spazio, è un tempo ed è un modo per dedicare a sè stessi delle cure e delle attenzioni, per fare delle carezza al corpo e alla mente, per rendersi conto di quanto è importante il proprio benessere psico-fisico. Tutto questo è reso possibile dal lavoro di professionisti (e persone) competenti, deliziose, disponibili e propositive, da un'organizzazione eccellente e da ambienti e servizi piacevolissimi. Ho trovato un luogo nel quale conta la persona, oltre che il cliente! Consigliatissimo ??? It's not "just" about a gym and it's not "just" about workouts. Il primo giorno che sono entrata in questa palestra mi si è aperto un nuovo mondo , nuovi obbiettivi , nuovi modi di allenarmi e sopratutto nuove soddisfazioni . Sono 2 anni che faccio parte di questa grande FAMIGLIA , si perché qui si crea un ambiente famigliare , un ambiente dove puoi concentrarti su te stessa , con l’aiuto di tutte le ragazze e i due proprietari, riesci a porti degli obbiettivi e a superarli . Sin da subito ho avuto i primi risultati , ogni giorno che passa riesco a vedere cambiamenti in tutto il mio corpo questo solo grazie a loro e alla grandissima professionalità e ai loro allenamenti . È un ambiente armonioso , le ragazze sono preparatissime e vieni seguita sin dal primo momento , sono sempre pronte ad aiutarti in questo bellissimo percorso . I due proprietari sono persone bellissime pronte ad aiutarti e a sostenerti .
