È stato non solo cordiale e gentile ma veramente professionale. Mi ha detto che mi avrebbe richiamato dopo aver chiesto informazioni al suo tecnico e l ha fatto anche con una certa puntualità! Ho ordinato il pezzo come concordato al telefono! Aspetto ancora la consegna poiché l.ho ordinato oggi,spero che anche quella sia puntuale e professionale come il resto!
I needed a spare part and the guy I spoke to (I think he was the owner who also answers the phone)
He was not only friendly and kind but truly professional. He told me he would call me back after asking his technician for information and he did so with a certain punctuality! I ordered the piece as agreed on the phone! I am still waiting for the delivery since I ordered it today, I hope that too is punctual and professional like the rest!
