Dico questo perché, sono persone professionali che non pensano solo al compenso ma anche a tutte quelle problematiche che un cliente possa avere. io sono disoccupato al momento è quando porto la macchina, non cercano di farmi spendere il più possibile ma invece tante volte evitano di ripararmi cose che sono ancora valide sapendo più o meno la situazione mia. Questo le "nuove leve" non lo fanno haimè, sono interessati solo a farti pagare il più possibile trovando guasti ancora inesistenti. Perciò per chiudere andate a trovarli sapranno sicuramente aiutarvi nel miglior modo possibile. I believe that people like them, I'm talking about the owners, will no longer exist in the future, with the younger ones. I say this because, they are professional people who not only think about compensation but also about all those problems that a customer may have. I am unemployed at the moment and when I bring the car, they do not try to make me spend as much as possible but instead many times they avoid repairing things that are still valid knowing more or less my situation. This the "new generation" do not do it alas, they are only interested in making you pay as much as possible by finding failures that still do not exist. Dopo aver concordato con il proprietario il giorno della assistenza della mia auto e quanti giorni me l avrebbe tenuta ( due o tre) e dopo che al telefono nessuno mi dava indicazioni sullo stato della mia auto ,sono andato in officina di persona per scoprire che dopo 48 ore la mia auto non era manco stata guardata.Il proprietario... " Forse la guarderò domani pomeriggio" ... cioè il giorno che io avrei dovuto ritirarla... Esterrefatto dopo le successive uscite e dopo l atteggiamento superficiale ed indifferente mi sono ripreso l auto. Professionalism is another thing !!!
