★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Validi esami di ogni genere e tipo,personale qualificato esperto e consapevole,molte volte però mi sono trovata (specialmente con una volontaria della segreteria) a dover aspettare inutilmente a telefono per chiedere informazioni semplici su un mio esame fatto a quest'ultima e mi si e' risposto in modo scortese,arrogante,ineducatamente inopportuno come l'attesa invano di oggi al telefono con cornetta messa fuori posto per ore.
L'iniziativa è bellissima e valida ma quando ci sono collaboratrici del genere passa la voglia, mi andrò anche a lamentare di presenza.
Valid exams of all kinds and types, qualified expert and aware staff, many times, however, I found myself (especially with a volunteer from the secretariat) having to wait unnecessarily on the phone to ask for simple information on my exam done to the latter and I did he replied in an impolite, arrogant, ineducatedly inappropriate way like waiting in vain today on the phone with a handset put out of place for hours.
The initiative is beautiful and valid but when there are collaborators of the genre the desire passes, I will also go to complain about presence.
