G	Gioacchino Palazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono andato, negli ultimi mesi, per quattro volte, per quattro questioni diverse. Non ho mai ricevuto assistenza, al massimo qualche consiglio. A volte ho anche dubitato che riescano a capire il caso che gli veniva proposto. Due esempi, in breve: 1) interpellati per richiedere assistenza contro la società TELEPASS che aveva addebitato dei viaggi non dovuti sul conto di mio figlio, hanno CONSIGLIATO di scrivere un reclamo. 2) interpellati per un contenzioso con Poste Italiane, mi hanno prima detto di rivolgermi ad un avvocato perchè loro non fanno pratiche di quel tipo, salvo poi, su mia insistenza darmi un appuntamento con il loro legale che mi ha dato il consiglio di lasciar perdere, visto l'importo esiguo del mio ricorso ( circa 350 €, che per me sono importanti! ). Ma che Lega Consumatori è??? INUTILI!!! RISPOSTA alle vostre osservazioni: prendo atto della vostra conferma che se un cittadino ha subito un torto di importo simile a quello che ho subito io, non può riuscire a ricevere da voi alcuna assistenza. Non so se la chiamate giustizia o prassi o come altro volete. Il FATTO è che voi non siete di aiuto. Punto. Forse è per questo che la gente si rivolge a Le Jene o a Striscia la Notizia? Distinti saluti. I've been there four times in the last few months for four different issues. I have never received assistance, at most some advice. At times I have even doubted that they can understand the case that was proposed to them. Two examples, in short: 1) when asked to request assistance against the TELEPASS company that had charged my son's account for undue travel, they RECOMMENDED writing a complaint. 2) consulted for a dispute with the Italian Post Office, they first told me to contact a lawyer because they do not do such practices, but then, at my insistence, give me an appointment with their lawyer who gave me the advice to let it go , given the small amount of my appeal (around € 350, which is important to me!). What kind of Consumers League is it ??? UNNECESSARY!!! ANSWER to your observations: I acknowledge your confirmation that if a citizen has been wronged for an amount similar to the one I have suffered, he cannot be able to receive any assistance from you. I don't know if you call it justice or practice or whatever you want. The FACT is you are not helping. Point. Maybe that's why people turn to Le Jene or Striscia la Notizia? Yours sincerely.
