QUESITO: Salve ho incaricato un perito infortunistico per una pratica di infortunio a seguito di sinistro. Mi ha presentato un onorario pari al 33% del totale dell'indennizzo è normale?
Risposta: Certo L'è andata anche bene, è un libero professionista può chiederle quanto vuole secondo etica professionale, e poi tanto paga l'assicurazione non lei, sono soldi intestati dall'assicurazione direttamente a lui.
Ovviamente a me sembra assurdo un onorario cosi cospicuo rispetto all'indennizzo alla mia persona cosi continuo nella mia ricerca di informazioni. Al di là che paghi l'assicurazione su chi pensate si rifacciano ogni anno le suddette assicurazioni?!
Contatto lVASS (ISTITUTO PER LA VIGILANZA SULLE ASSICURAZIONI) ponendo lo stesso identico quesito.
Risposta: No sig. non è normale, quando incarica un libero professionista dovrebbe farle ben presente quali sono i suoi onorari, evidenziandole i minimi e i massimi.
Probabilmente purtroppo lei avrà firmato e incaricato il perito senza controllare la voce dell'onorario sulla base del fatto che non pagava lei ma la sua assicurazione ed è una condotta irregolare.
L'unica cosa che può fare e farsi rilasciare quanto meno fattura.
E' per questo motivo che ogni anno le assicurazione aumentano il prezzo facendo ricadere questi "illeciti" su tutti gli automobilisti....
Zero stelle meritate all'Ente Consumatori di Benevento, a cui consiglio vivamente di non rivolgersi.
