★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sigh - follow up to my initial review, which just highlights their poor customer service attitude in general.
Read on - bear in mind, that we initially showed up to their venue based on their opening hours on Google. Once there, we called the number they posted on the door saying 'we'll be right over', no response.
Simple remedy: put your reduced hours online AND on your sign on your door.
(This sort of patronizing 'it's not our fault' attitude drives me absolutely crazy.)
Our review: "Disappointing - they weren’t there and didn’t respond to our call or text message until after we had to leave. Wasted our time - 15 minute walk there, 15 back, and 10 while we waited at the location. Avoid."
Their response: "Hello Mike, we are sorry you had a disappointing experience with our service. At the time you left your review and wanted to visit us, we had limited operational hours due to Covid restrictions and complications. That said, if you chose to walk over to our location after no one answered your call or text, as you stated, that was in fact your choice to "waste your time" and therefore it is wholly inappropriate to penalize a business for your choices. Best wishes."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely top service. We encountered 3 members of staff over two days as we popped in a couple of days earlier to enquire, all 3 were so helpful and nice. Highly recommended this place. Rates are very good, offered us water, coffee and to have a sit for a bit. Would definitely use again if we're back in the area, which we're planning on being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb staff, they securely held our luggage for several hours while we explored the city waiting for check-in at our AirBNB. You get the sense that they genuinely enjoy what they're doing in the way they went above and beyond.
Very close to the Colosseum, easy to find.
