Io ho preso l'appuntamento 3 mesi fa, mi avrebbero dovuto mandare il bozzetto e lo hanno mandato il giorno prima del tatuaggio (tra l'altro completamente sbagliato). Vengo chiamata per dirmi che il giorno dell'appuntamento non c'era il tatuatore e che mi avrebbero fatto sapere loro quando andare... Mai più risentiti se non ero io a chiamarli, e la loro risposta è stata che alla fine il tatuatore c'era e a me non avevano comunicato nulla. Io ho cambiato il posto dove fare il tatuaggio è il giorno prima del tatuaggio mi chiamano per dirmi che il tatuaggio dove lo volevo io non si poteva fare che non viene bene (loro mi avevano detto al telefono precedentemente che non c'erano problemi se cambiavo posto o frase del tatuaggio e che non dovevo avvisarli dato che lo avrebbe fatto direttamente la mattina stessa). Morale: lo sconsiglio a tutti visto il livello di incompetenza e maleducazione... Intanto i 30€ di anticipo lo hanno preso... Avrei messo 0 stelle se fosse stato possibile! Io il tatuaggio lo faccio ma di certo non da loro! Incompetent staff, underprivileged people and don't do the tattoo as you want it ... I made the appointment 3 months ago, they would have sent me the draft and sent it the day before the tattoo (which was completely wrong). I'm calling to tell me that the appointed day there was the tattoo artist and they would let me know when they go ... No more resentful if I was to call them, and their response was that eventually the tattoo artist c 'was and they had communicated nothing to me. I have changed the place where the tattoo is the day before the tattoo they call me to tell me that the tattoo where I wanted it could not be done that is not good (I had told them on the phone earlier that there were no problems if I changed place or sentence of the tattoo and that I shouldn't have warned them since it would have done it directly that morning). Moral: I do not recommend it to everyone because of the level of incompetence and rudeness ... Meanwhile, the € 30 in advance took him ... I would have put 0 stars if it were possible! I do the tattoo but certainly not from them!

Forse iniziando dall’immensa gratitudine verso Luca e il suo fantastico team soprattutto Deva per la splendida rosa e Gab per la sua pazienza!! Detto questo il mio ringraziamento si rivolge a Luca e alla stupenda opera d’arte che porto con orgoglio tatuata sulla schiena, un tatuaggio che per me è stato un viaggio ,un’esperienza catartica, una delle cose più belle e dolorose della mia vita...in tutto questo sempre accompagnata con gentilezza e serietà da tutto il team...e per questo vi sarò per sempre grata! Inutile dire e ribadire l’altissima professionalità ,serietà ed igiene.. per me siete e rimarrete il top.. How can such a wide range of feelings be expressed in words? Perhaps starting from the immense gratitude to Luca and his fantastic team especially Deva for the splendid squad and Gab for his patience !! Having said that, my thanks go to Luca and the wonderful work of art that I proudly wear tattooed on my back, a tattoo that for me was a journey, a cathartic experience, one of the most beautiful and painful things in my life. ..in all this always accompanied with kindness and seriousness by the whole team ... and for this I will be forever grateful!
