★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una vettura il 6 agosto sul loro sito web a nome della mia azienda. Il conducente doveva essere il mio socio e il pagamento è stato effettuato con la mia carta di credito. Una volta arrivati in sede ci hanno vietato di noleggiare l’auto. Ho chiamato ripetute volte in sede chiedendo il rimborso e mandato emails e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Evitate questi incompetenti pagliacci. Andate su trustpilot per leggere le recensioni reali.
I booked a car on August 6th on their website on behalf of my company. The driver was supposed to be my partner and the payment was made with my credit card. Once we got there, they forbade us to rent a car. I have called several times to ask for a refund and sent emails and have not received any response. Avoid these incompetent clowns.
