A	Ant Fiore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avevano parlato di questo luogo, in realtà ero titubante. In effetti devo ammettere che è stata una incredibile scoperta. Iniziando dagli antipasti, una serie, a base di tartufo "quello vero" . Per poter apprezzare a pieno la bontà e prelibatezza dei prodotti, con la cura e l'attenzione del padrone di casa, che Ringrazio ancora ora, ci siamo limitati ad un assaggio del primo e dell'incantevole secondo costituito da un filetto in salsa di formaggio, accompagnato con porcini e tartufo. Sublime! Gustando lento, come è mia abitudine, quando mi imbatto in luoghi che permettono di sognare, davanti un piatto di questa portata. Ringrazio la mia amica, un agronomo ed artista che mi ha fatto scoprire questo luogo in cui non solo il tartufo è di casa, ma anche in cui questo prodotto è preparato con tanta, tanta attenzione; in cui il cliente è prezioso e si sente al centro della attenzione. C'è possibilità di parcheggio in area dedicata, antistante il ristorante. Grazie, molto Consigliato. I had been told about this place, in reality I was hesitant. In order to fully appreciate the goodness and delicacy of the products, with the care and attention of the owner, whom I thank again now, we limited ourselves to a taste of the first and the enchanting second consisting of a fillet in cheese sauce , accompanied with porcini mushrooms and truffles. Sublime! Tasting slowly, as is my habit, when I come across places that allow you to dream, in front of a dish of this magnitude. I thank my friend, an agronomist and artist who made me discover this place where not only the truffle is at home, but also where this product is prepared with so much, so much attention; where the customer is precious and feels the center of attention. There is the possibility of parking in a dedicated area, in front of the restaurant. Thanks, highly recommended.

L'antipasto ben rivisitato con prodotti locali ed anche di loro produzione ! I primi erano cotti alla perfezione! Il filetto si scioglieva in bocca ! E dulcis in fundo una millefoglie rivisitata con la loro marmellata buonissima ! Servizio cortese, personale attento e proprietario gentilissimo! Da tornarci! Fantstico! All great! Ero rimasta entusiasta dell'antipasto al tartufo ma con sommo dispiacere ora è peggiorato in termini di qualità e porzioni troppo ridotte. Ho provato la pizza ma non vale la pena, un impasto fatto male. Nota di merito la gentilezza del proprietario ma purtroppo non basta. Conto finale non adeguato a quanto mangiato. I returned after a few years. I was enthusiastic about the truffle appetizer but with great regret it has now deteriorated in terms of quality and too small portions. I tried the pizza but it's not worth it, bad dough. Note on the kindness of the owner but unfortunately it is not enough. Final bill not adequate for what was eaten.

È un ristorante unico nel suo genere, i piatti preparati con cura portano in tavola i sapori tipici calabresi rivisti in chiave "tartufo", che ne fa da padrone ( tartufo rigorosamente calabrese raccolto e selezionato dal proprietario). Il personale è accogliente e disponibile. Il locale è confortevole e curato, originale l'esposizione di antichi attrezzi situati all'ingresso. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliatissimo!!!! Le Tre Fontane, is located in Gizzeria a small village in the province of Catanzaro. It is a unique restaurant of its kind, the dishes prepared with care bring to the table the typical Calabrian flavors revisited in a "truffle" key, which is the master (strictly Calabrian truffle collected and selected by the owner). The staff are welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is comfortable and well-kept, with an original display of ancient tools located at the entrance. Excellent value for money, highly recommended !!!!

The personnel is genuinely friendly and does the best for their guests. But the quality and taste of the food really stunned us!!! The taste and presentation is like in a top rated Guide Michelin Restaurant.
