I bungalow con stanzino piccoli. Bungalow on the hill of Sanlorenzo. Fantastic panoramic position, guaranteed relaxation. The only drawback: the narrow road with considerable slopes. The bungalows with small closets.
R	Raphael Barnasson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Au beau milieu des vignes en terrasses, superbe lieu de vacances avec vue sur la mer et sur le village se San Lorenzo al mare Seulement 6 chalets de 4 couchages donc c'est un endroit calme et familial. L'habitat est simple mais suffisamment confortable. Chaque chalet dispose d'un terrasse sur pilotis fermée (rambarde et portillon pratiques avec un bébé qui commence à marcher !). Draps et linge de toilette fournis. Lit bébé sur demande. Pratique: Climatisation, cafetière électrique, grille pain, petit sèche-cheveux. Piscine chauffée, jeux d'enfants (trampoline, balançoire, table de ping-pong, baby-foot). Une terrasse extérieure couverte commune. Les propriétaires sont une famille adorable, accueillante et super serviables. Ils offrent un super apero le dimanche soir qui permet de se régaler d'excellents produits locaux et de faire plus amples connaissance avec eux et les autres locataires. Ils produisent une bonne huile d'olive (pas besoin d'en acheter ailleurs). Des petits pots de pâte d'olive et autre... Ils sont également viticulteurs (rosé, blanc et rouge). Quelques petits bémols (rien de grave mais à savoir): la route qui mène aux terraze del geco est très étroite et pentue. Elle passe devant la maison des propriétaires (Ricca) où il faut manoeuvrer car on ne peut pas prendre le virage en une seule fois. L'électricité est en plus et il y a 10 € de frais par personne (tout cela est bien indiqué dans les conditions de vente). On entend un peu le bruit de l'autoroute toute proche en fonction du sens dans lequel vient le vent. Difficile d'aller au village à pieds (un peu loin et surtout très pentu). Un bon vélo électrique peut-être une bonne solution pour ne pas trop avoir à reprendre la voiture. Je recommande chaleureusement ce lieu agréable pour des vacances détente en famille. In the middle of the terraced vineyards, a superb holiday location overlooking the sea and the village of San Lorenzo al mare Only 6 chalets sleeping 4 so it is a quiet and family place. The habitat is simple but sufficiently comfortable. Each chalet has a closed terrace on stilts (handrail and gate practical with a baby who starts to walk!). Bed sheets and towels included. Cot on request. Practical: Air conditioning, electric coffee maker, toaster, small hairdryer. Heated swimming pool, children's games (trampoline, swing, ping-pong table, table football). A shared covered outdoor terrace. The owners are a lovely, welcoming and super helpful family. They offer a great aperitif on Sunday evening which allows you to feast on excellent local products and to get to know them and the other tenants better. They produce good olive oil (no need to buy it elsewhere). Small pots of olive paste and other ... They are also winegrowers (rosé, white and red). A few small caveats (nothing serious but to know): the road which leads to the terraze del geco is very narrow and steep. It passes in front of the owners' house (Ricca) where you have to maneuver because you can't take the bend in one go. Electricity is extra and there is a € 10 charge per person (all this is clearly indicated in the conditions of sale). You can hear a little noise from the nearby highway depending on the direction in which the wind is blowing. Difficult to go to the village on foot (a little far and above all very steep). A good electric bike can be a good solution to avoid having to take the car too much. I warmly recommend this pleasant place for a relaxing family vacation.

Man sollte allerdings auch ein bisschen Sinn fürs Abenteuer mitbringen, wie es sich einem schon bei der Anfahrt zur Ferienhütte entpuppt. Whom ambience, personal closeness and flair are more important than upscale hotel standard is in this small, by the family Ricca lovingly run holiday village gold right. However, you should also bring a little sense of adventure, as it turns out already on the way to the cabin.

Ab Einbruch der Dunkelheit würde ich nicht mehr Hochfahren. Vittorio und Maria sind sehr hilfsbereit freundlich und immer für einen guten Tipp parat ❤würden gerne wieder kommen wenn die Zufahrt was breiter währe und beleuchtete The facility is beautifully located, the house is furnished in a rustic style. The driveway is very, very adventurous ...... ? I wouldn't drive up again after dark. Vittorio and Maria are very helpful, friendly and always ready for a good tip ❤would like to come back if the driveway was wider and illuminated

Ambiente Semplice ma confortevole. Dotato di piscina in comune. Lavatrice in comune. Pin ping, calciobalilla,rete elastica, giochi x bambini sdraio e vari spazi comuni . Conduzione familiare molto accogliente. Sono anche disponibili al giusto prezzo vino olio e altri prodotti dell'azienda agricola dei gestori. C'è un parcheggio per 6 macchine . Non è l'ontano dal paese . L'unica cosa negativa è la strada un po' ripida e stretta per salire ma il panorama vale la salita. Great for relaxing holidays. 6 wooden bungalows with terrace, equipped kitchen, small bathroom. Personal barbecue in the front garden. Simple but comfortable environment. Equipped with shared swimming pool. Shared washing machine. Pin ping, table football, elastic net, games for children, deckchairs and various common areas. Very welcoming family run. Wine, oil and other products from the managers' farm are also available at the right price. There is parking for 6 cars. It is not far from the country. The only bad thing is the somewhat steep and narrow road to climb but the view is worth the climb.
