Ho apprezzato molto la capacità di Angela di accogliere le spose in modo professionale, ma molto affettuoso: una donna prodiga di buoni consigli e con delle scelte commerciali intelligenti che permettono di conoscere molti Brand che in altro modo rimarrebbero sconosciuti. Il personale a disposizione, in particolare la cara Marta, gentili, disponibili e molto bravi nel consigliare l'abito giusto! Ho vissuto ieri un'esperienza straordinaria con mia figlia che desiderava un abito da sposa che fosse sentitamente il suo!!! È accaduta esattamente la realizzazione del suo desiderio con un bellissimo abito Berta Bridal e consiglio questo Atelier a tutte le giovani spose che desiderano provare abiti meravigliosi e vivere emozioni straordinarie. Grazie Le Spose di Mori e a presto!!! An Atelier equipped with a wide selection of the best brands of wedding dresses, both for the groom and for the bride. I really appreciated Angela's ability to welcome brides in a professional but very affectionate way: a woman generous with good advice and with intelligent commercial choices that allow you to get to know many brands that otherwise would remain unknown. The staff available, in particular dear Marta, kind, helpful and very good at recommending the right dress! Yesterday I had an extraordinary experience with my daughter who wanted a wedding dress that was heartily hers !!! Exactly the fulfillment of her wish happened with a beautiful Berta Bridal dress and I recommend this Atelier to all young brides who want to try on wonderful dresses and experience extraordinary emotions. La ragazza che ha aiutato la sposa a vestirsi si è mostrata palesemente annoiata dopo solo un’ora..tanto che dalla furia che ci è stata messa, la sposa ha deciso di non prendere l’abito! The shop is nice and has a lot of clothes available (too bad they are half dirty and creased). The girl who helped the bride get dressed was clearly bored after only an hour .. so much so that from the fury that was put into it, the bride decided not to take the dress!

La ragazza che mi ha seguito ha saputo ascoltare le mie richieste e individuare l'abito giusto per me, senza nessun tipo di forzatura. L'atelier offre un'ampia scelta di modelli e brand. N	Natalia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dire pessimo è poco, avevo l’appuntamento per 23/01/22 ore 16:00 , alle 12:00 chiamo per la conferma (dato che vengo da Firenze Sud) tutto confermato, arrivata sul posto alle 16:00 trovo chiuso al che richiamo e mi dicono che arriva la signorina per aprire, 16:20 arriva il titolare dicendomi che il negozio è chiuso e che la deviazione della chiamata è al telefono di sua mamma che è “anziana” e che se voglio dovrei fissare un appuntamento per un’altra data per vedere gli abiti…..in tutto ciò tengo a precisare che in vetrina stava anche un cartellone con la scritta Aperto domenica pomeriggio. Mi dispiace ma non è il modo di lavorare la gente non va mancata di rispetto e la soluzione un bravo titolare la doveva trovare. To say bad is little, I had an appointment for 23/01/22 at 16:00, at 12:00 I call for confirmation (since I come from South Florence) all confirmed, arrived on site at 16:00 I am closed at that I call back and they tell me that the young lady is coming to open, 16:20 the owner arrives telling me that the shop is closed and that the call is diverted to the phone of his mother who is "elderly" and that if I want I should make an appointment to another date to see the clothes… ..in all this I would like to point out that in the window there was also a billboard with the word Open Sunday afternoon. I'm sorry but it's not the way people work, they shouldn't be disrespected and a good owner had to find the solution.

Sono stato seguito e consigliato da Giovanni, una persona squisita che con i suoi consigli educati e per niente invasivi ti mette del tutto a tuo agio. La prima esperienza in un altro Atelier mi aveva lasciato uno spiacevole ricordo ma da Mori è stato rimosso e sostituito con un’esperienza più che piacevole, consiglio a chiunque questo Atelier, sono certo che nessuno si pentirebbe dopo essersi servito da loro! Exceptional. It was the second Atelier where I tried on the dresses for my wedding, little to say: high level. I was followed and advised by Giovanni, an exquisite person who puts you at ease with his polite and not at all invasive advice. The first experience in another Atelier had left me with an unpleasant memory but by Mori it was removed and replaced with a more than pleasant experience. I recommend this Atelier to anyone, I'm sure no one would regret after using them!

W	Wise to Survive on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor administration. Be careful when you do business with them. They are very sloppy I had a bad experience unfortunately. I do not recommend this place. I would give them 0 start. They forgot to write how much we should pay for the dress and they overcharged us.I had my dress on my hands ready to leave their atelier and Claudia the owner (very rude) was completely upset because she couldn’t admit their error….they forgot to write down the rest that remained to be paid and wanted us to pay more than the actual dress price completely mess and they insinuating that we have altered the invoice. “DISGUSTING”.
