I felt like a real princess! All staff are very polite, professional and lovely people who easily understood my preferences. I was very pleased with the presence of Russian - speaking assistant in this shop ;) Such a huge selection of dresses i’ve never seen. She finally found the one she searched for months (a Berta Bridal) but it wasn't simple to choose one! The staff has been patient and very professional and this is why every time we saw a lot of customers in the atelier! A friend from Germany suggested us to go to Spose di Milano and for sure we will suggest this atelier in the future.
S	SunnyAlexandrova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the boutique to buy the "perfect dress" in October 2019. I chose a "Muse by Berta" dress. The sales assistant (who was barely speaking English) took all of my measurements and explained that this is done in order to tailor a dress that fits my body and this will take at least 3-4 months. After that I need to go back to Milan for some final fitting. Due to the Corona Virus situation it was impossible to go to Milan for the final fitting and the only possibility was to ask the boutique to send the dress to me. (I don't live in Italy.) First of all the delivery cost was on my account, which is unacceptable when it comes to boutique from such a rang. This has never happened to me with any other high- end brand or boutique. Second of all I received a dress which is totally NOT MY SIZE. The bra cups were too small and my breast were falling out of them. The waist was too loose, the integrated bodysuit was too short and etc.. I tried to explain to the boutique that the dress just doesn't fit at all and it's not up to "small adjustments", which are supposed to be made during the final fitting. I needed a solution because the wedding day is near. The answer was that this is the standard manufactured dress, made in size 40, which is the closest to my measurements and they cannot do anything more. Now I ended up with a dress for almost 9 000 Euro which does not even fit me. If I could turn back time, I would never go to this place!

The staff I worked with were excellent, understood and catered for the type of dress I was looking for, which we found, and subsequently worked with me thoroughly for all alterations and further tries. Great experience overall, recommended.

Excellent customer service , friendly Staff we took our time with trying a lot of dresses and I didn’t feel rushed at all. They were patient and helpful. I said yes to the Dress in Le Spose Di Milano. So happy!! Anna was fantastic and the sweetest. Highly recommended!
