Vini fuori dai canoni, fatti dal grande Fausto, vigneron istrionico, che tante cose ha da raccontare. Vi consiglio di andare a trovarlo. Visiting this winery is a must-do experience. Как потом узнали, хозяин винодельни Фаусто был в больнице( Нас заметила хозяйка и сказала, что сейчас позвонит, чтобы нас встретили. Приехала молодая девушка и вместе с хозяйкой на ломаном английском нам рассказали про винодельню, дали попробовать разные сорта вина. Шпигау, белое вино со вкусом красного и цвета золота - просто восхитительно. И радушие хозяев - не менее замечательное... Фаусту - здоровья и сил! As we later found out, the owner of the winery Fausto was in the hospital (The hostess noticed us and said that she would call now to be met. A young girl arrived and together with the hostess they told us about the winery in broken English , we were given different sorts of wine to taste. Spigau, a white wine with a taste of red and gold-colored - simply delicious. And the hospitality of the owners - no less wonderful ... Faust - health and strength!

Un piacevolissimo intrattenimento come non mi accadeva da tempo. Le descrizioni, le soluzioni, i tentativi sviluppati nel corso degli anni con passione ed amore. Degustato dei vini fantastici dal pigato al vermentino, allo spigau, al senza tempo per passare ai Rossi e finire con Oltre Three hours of authentic riot between wine tastings for the most recent ones directly from the steel barrel and then move on to the bottles in the various vintages and types with a wide and passionate description by Fausto, creator of the wines of the cat's fortresses. Fausto, titolare dell'azienda, mi ha trasmesso. Credo che l'arte del "saper fare" il vino sia un modello interiore non replicabile o per lo meno che non possa essere copiato tout court. Per questo motivo penso che l'esperienza avuta alla cantina "Le Rocche del Gatto" sia extra-ordinaria. Sui vini ci sarebbe da scrivere pagine di sensazioni. Posso solo dire che una degustazione di bianchi fatta a temperatura ambiente non mi era mai capitata. Profumi e colori che si liberano naturalmente, come i pensieri di Fausto che accompagnavano il nostro conoscere e il nostro comprendere. Spigau, senza tempo e... Altri vini meravigliosi che dovrete scoprire, lasciandovi navigare da uno skipper meraviglioso! Grazie Fausto! Chapeau... I visited this winery together with a dear friend of mine and I was surprised by the history, passion, competence and humanity that Mr. Fausto, owner of the company, passed on to me. I believe that the art of "knowing how to make" wine is an internal model that cannot be replicated or at least that cannot be copied tout court. For this reason I think that the experience I had at the "Le Rocche del Gatto" winery is extra-ordinary. On wines there would be pages of sensations to be written. I can only say that a tasting of whites made at room temperature had never happened to me.
