K	Klaus Weilacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man hört sämtliche Geräusche, z.B. Toilette und Stimmen, aus Nachbar- und der darunterliegenden Wohnung, sodass man dadurch am Morgen geweckt wird. Die Betten sind nicht besonders gut , meine Frau hat immer mehr Rückenprobleme, konnte heute fast nicht mehr laufen. Kein Kleiderschrank für z.B. dritte / vierte Person. Gestern Abend und den ganzen heutigen Tag dann Baggerarbeiten für eine Veranstaltung, direkt auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Keine Erholung auf der Terasse möglich, da diese direkt zum Nachbargrundstück liegt. Sind dann nach Garda "geflüchtet". One hears all sounds, e.g. Toilet and voices, from neighbor and the underlying apartment, so that you wake up in the morning. The beds are not very good, my wife has more and more back problems, could hardly walk today. No wardrobe for e.g. third / fourth person. Yesterday evening and all day today dredging for an event, right on the neighboring property. No recovery on the terrace possible, as this is directly to the neighboring property. Then "fled" to Garda.

Ottimo luogo per rilassarsi anche in compagnia degli amici peolsetti. Ritorneremo il più presto possibile. Ci si sente a casa Grazie Great location just steps from the lake. N	Nightfly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage. Super Pool. Wohnung eher spärlich eingerichtet, aber sauber. Wohn/ Esszimmer klein, wenn dort eine dritte Person übernachtet. Fernseher schlecht zu nutzen, da er an ungünstiger Stelle angebracht ist. Vom Sofa unbequem zu schauen, da es keine Lehne hat. Küche nur mit Notwenigstem ausgestattet ( z.B. keine Schere). Dafür hat Kühlschrank kleines Gefrierfach. Kein Ventilator, keine Klimaanlage. Überdachte Terrasse mit Möbeln vorhanden. Bietet somit ein nettes Schattenplätzchen. Allerdings teils ohne Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn. Ein Fenster des Schlafzimmers öffnet sich direkt auf die Terasse des Nachbarn. Somit für uns nicht nutzbar. Dafür das andere Fenster dann zum Garten hin. WLAN kostenlos und sehr gut. Ein Staubsauger ist auch nicht enthalten, dafür ein Besen. Als Tipp: unbedingt an Müllbeutel, Spüli, Toilettenpapier und Spülschwamm denken, nur sehr spärlich bis nicht vorhanden. Keine Spülmaschine. Sehr nette Rezeption, war immer für Fragen offen und sehr freundlich! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, entspannten Urlaub. Wenn man mit einfacher Ausstattung zufrieden ist, ist das Le Rasole auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Very well-kept outdoor area. Great pool. Apartment rather sparsely furnished, but clean. Living / dining room small if a third person is staying there. Bad to use TV because it is in an inconvenient place. Uncomfortable to look from the sofa because it has no backrest. Kitchen only equipped with the bare minimum (e.g. no scissors). Therefor the fridge has a small freezer compartment. No fan, no air conditioning. Covered terrace with furniture. So it offers a nice shade. However, partly without a privacy screen to the neighbors. A window in the bedroom opens directly onto the neighbor's terrace. So not usable for us. The other window then faces the garden. WiFi free and very good. A vacuum cleaner is also not included, but a broom. As a tip: you should definitely think of garbage bags, washing up liquid, toilet paper and a dish sponge, only very few or nonexistent. No dishwasher. Very nice reception, was always open to questions and very friendly! We had a very nice, relaxed vacation. If you are satisfied with the simple furnishings, Le Rasole is definitely recommended.

Il giardino esterno e la piscina sono davvero molto curati.. lo staff Gardaresidences/Montebaldo è stato molto cordiale e professionale! Di sicuro ci torneremo. Beautiful location in Garda! Surrounded by greenery and in a very quiet area! The garden and the swimming pool are very well kept .. the Gardaresidences / Montebaldo staff was very friendly and professional! For sure we will be back.
B	Ben Woe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben direkt über gardaresidences.com gebucht und es hat alles prima geklappt, super freundlich und kompetent, die Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe war super angenehm und hat einwandfrei geklappt. Die Appartements sind eher einfach aber gut und ausreichend, die großen Terrassen der oberen Appartements sind perfekt! Der schöne Garten wird stets gepflegt und der tolle Pool oft gereinigt. Klasse ist auch der kleine Garten mit Salat, Gurken und Tomaten an dem man sich bedienen darf. Die Parkplätze sind zwar eng bemessen aber man kommt zurecht. Wir waren zu viert als kleine Familie für 9 Nächte da und uns hat es super gefallen. Der Pool ist schon ein Highlight und die Kids haben ihn besonders genossen. Zu unserer Zeit Ende August waren nicht all zu viele Leute da (wahrscheinlich Corona bedingt) und man hatte den Pool fast für sich alleine. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! We booked directly through gardaresidences.com and everything went very well, super friendly and competent, the handling of the key handover was super pleasant and worked flawlessly. The apartments are rather simple but good and sufficient, the large terraces of the upper apartments are perfect! The beautiful garden is always maintained and the great pool is cleaned often. The small garden with lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes, which you can help yourself to, is also great. The parking spaces are tight but you can get by. There were four of us as a small family for 9 nights and we really enjoyed it. The pool is a highlight and the kids especially enjoyed it. At our time at the end of August there weren't too many people (probably due to Corona) and you had the pool almost to yourself. We definitely want to come back!
