To try! I state that I don't know vegan but I had the opportunity to try some dishes cooked by Laura and actually you don't regret not eating meat. Excellent use of spices, courtesy and kindness. try it for a catering or a special dinner. Recommended

Nella fretta di quelle giornate ho dimenticato un ingrediente e perso la ricetta.... se non mi avesse risposto al telefono (consigliandomi anche un piccolo aggiustamento di cottura) non sarebbero stati la meravigliosa sorpresa di sapore che si sono rivelati!! laura è una bravissima insegnante, attenta, disponibile, aperta a varianti... paziente. Si vede che ama quello che fa e che mette la genuinità dei prodotti (e la salute ) al primo posto!!
Da provare, fidatevi!
