★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attualmente l'esercizio commerciale si chiama SILICON BAR. Il locale è piccolo ma ospitale. Si contraddistingue per la musica ricercata l'ambiente soffuso e soprattutto per l'offerta di drink (pre-dinner, after dinner, long drink, every time) classici e rivisitati che il proprietario presenta alla vasta clientela. I drink di maggior successo sono quelli a base di frutta (centrifugata al momento) e quelli serviti in coppa "Martini". Ho visto servire anche i classici Americano, Negroni, Spritz, nonché una selezione di vini bianchi e rossi.
Molto appariscenti sono le mensole che ospitano le varie bottiglie tra cui spiccano una selezione di whysky, di vodka e di gin che raramente si vedono nei bar come questo. Qualità del servizio impeccabile anche a locale pieno.
Il locale apre verso le ore 19 e sta aperto sino a tarda notte.
Currently the commercial operation is called SILICON BAR. The restaurant is small but hospitable. The suffused environment is distinguished by the sophisticated music and above all by the classic and revisited offer of drinks (pre-dinner, after dinner, long drinks, every time) that the owner presents to the vast clientele. The most successful drinks are those based on fruit (centrifuged at the moment) and those served in a "Martini" cup. I also saw the American classics, Negroni, Spritz, as well as a selection of white and red wines.
Very conspicuous are the shelves that house the various bottles, including a selection of whyskys, vodkas and gin that are rarely seen in bars like this one. Quality service impeccable even at a local full.
The restaurant opens at around 7 pm and stays open until late at night.
