I was there this evening with my boyfriend. the drinks are around € 8 on average, but they are all worth it, they are particular and very balanced. the location is gorgeous. the staff is young and very kind. we will come back for sure.

Piccolo locale molto grazioso nella piazzetta di Numana, con circa 12 tavoli, serviti da 1 sola ragazza cortese e disponibile ma abbandonata a se stessa. Abbiamo atteso 20 minuti per 2 calici di vino al costo di 12 euro senza neppure una patatine o oliva. Per ora sconsigliato. Sorry to rate it with 2 stars. Very nice little place in the small square of Numana, with about 12 tables, served by only 1 girl, courteous and helpful but left to herself. We waited 20 minutes for 2 glasses of wine for 12 euros without even a fries or olive. For now not recommended.
