La gestione è di tipo familiare ed il servizio cortese e sollecito.
Le Nouveau Bistrot is an original restaurant, both in terms of furnishing and interior design, organized with taste and such as to capture, as soon as you enter, an inclusive and pleasant atmosphere, both of the kitchen, which offers traditional Piedmontese dishes revisited by the chef and enriched with quality and flavors.
The management is of a family type and the service is polite and prompt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è veramente grazioso nei dettagli, il cibo squisito, in particolar modo le loro crostate. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Quindi tutto sommato un bel posticino dove fare una pausa in tranquillità: io lo consiglio!
The place is really nice in the details, the food exquisite, especially their tarts. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. So all in all a nice little place to take a quiet break: I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pranzo di oggi Festa dell' Immacolata....tre antipasti, due primi, un secondo, un dolce, vino, acqua, caffè a 30 euro. Se dovessi indicare la pietanza più buona non saprei quale scegliere perché era tutto ottimo. Carino il locale, gentilissimo il proprietario, servizio veloce. Ci ritroveremo sicuramente.
Today's lunch Feast of the Immaculate Conception .... three appetizers, two first courses, one second course, one dessert, wine, water, coffee for 30 euros. If I had to indicate the best dish I would not know which one to choose because everything was excellent. Nice place, very kind owner, fast service. We will definitely meet again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto carino. Il menù è fisso e bisogna dire cosa si vuole al momento della prenotazione. Se non si conosce viene inviato via messaggio. Le porzioni sono abbondanti. Il vino sfuso. Qualità prezzo proporzionati.
Very nice place. The menu is fixed and you have to say what you want at the time of booking. If you do not know it is sent via message. The portions are generous. The bulk wine. Proportionate price quality.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Dolci buonissimi. Molta attenzione al controllo green pass e alle mascherine. Ci ritornerò sicuramente
Nice and well-kept place, all prepared by them with great care both for the presentation of the dishes and for the excellent ingredients. It was a land or sea tasting menu, both excellent. Excellent value for money. Delicious desserts. A lot of attention to green pass control and masks. I will definitely be back

Prezzi modici rispetto il valore complessivo della serata, fatta non solo di ristorazione, ma di atmosfera e gentilezza.
Se si lascia il proprio indirizzo mail si può ricevere settimanalmente il menù del week end. La prenotazione é indispensabile.
Noi siamo state benissimo.

Had dinner here with friends, in an intimate setting of peaceful conviviality. The refined decor is the backdrop to excellent dishes served with care and attention to detail.
Moderate prices compared to the overall value of the evening, made up not only of catering, but of atmosphere and kindness.
If you leave your email address, you can receive the weekend menu on a weekly basis. Reservation is essential.
We had a great time.
