★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale a prima impressione freddo e poco cordiale. Poi comunque gentile. Ho portato una foto (anche di più) per far capire alla signora l’effetto che volessi ai capelli. Una semplice schiaritura. Ho accolto il consiglio della parrucchiera che però ha fatto l’esatto opposto di quello che le avevo chiesto. Da capelli un pelo più chiari che avevo chiesto ho ottenuto delle ciocche bianche addirittura tendenti al lilla sparate a caso sulla testa. Ho avuto paura ad esprimere il mio disappunto, ma avrei dovuto farlo. Il risultato era un balayage fatto malissimo. Ha rovinato il mio colore di base molto bello e naturale, che ora secondo un’altra parrucchiera da cui mi sono recata per rimediare, è irrecuperabile. Da piega mossa che ho chiesto, me ne è stata fatta una liscia (ho i capelli molto lunghi e Secondo me non aveva voglia). Come scusa ha detto che doveva farli lisci per vedere se fossero tagliati bene (capibile, ma poi me li fai come voglio). In tutto questo ho speso quasi 200 euro per un risultato scandente, non desiderato, e con una piega che non rispecchiava quello che avevo chiesto. Ho rimediato presso un altro parrucchiere. Mi dispiace aver speso così tanto per rovinare tutto

It ruined my very beautiful and natural base color, which now according to another hairdresser I went to to remedy, it is unrecoverable. From the fold I asked, I was made a smooth one (I have very long hair and I didn't feel like it).
