 Wonderful place surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views. You can admire beautiful sunsets, and immediately nearby in the neighboring town of Campello sul Clitunno there are also excellent restaurants where you can taste local specialties

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Silvignano, frazione di Spoleto (Pg) sopra le colline di Campello sul Clitunno, a 600 m. s.l.m. si trova una villa fortificata, dimora medievale, dove sovrasta un loggiato del '400 con colonne ottagonali, in passato residenza di un vicariato papale.
Tale oggi è stato restaurato da Diana ed Alberto e trasformato in struttura residenziale.
Fornita di ampio giardino, Wi-Fi, piscina esterna, e locali arredati con ammirevole gusto.
Il cotto in alcuni appartamenti è stato mantenuto, i soffitti sono in travi di legno, tendaggi e accessori creati da artigiani locali e mobili restaurati o artigianali.
Servizio di self-catering.
Vi consiglio di provare l'accoglienza che adoperano i custodi della Dimora Storica e rimarrete stretti da un particolare richiamo.
In Silvignano, a hamlet of Spoleto (Pg) above the hills of Campello sul Clitunno, at 600 m. s.l.m. there is a fortified villa, a medieval residence, dominated by a 15th century loggia with octagonal columns, in the past the residence of a papal vicariate.
Today it has been restored by Diana and Alberto and transformed into a residential structure.
Equipped with a large garden, Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and rooms furnished with admirable taste.
The terracotta in some apartments has been maintained, the ceilings are in wooden beams, curtains and accessories created by local artisans and restored or handcrafted furniture.
Self-catering service.

Located 600 m height facing the Vale of Umbria and the medieval towns of Campello sul Clitunno, Montefalco and Assisi, with a breathtaking view.
Its location is the ideal starting point for visiting the most beautiful medieval towns in Umbria, such as Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Orvieto, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello, Norcia, Trevi, and the Valnerina with the Marmore falls and the Highplane of Castelluccio with the Sibillini Mountains range. About one hour drive are Todi, Gubbio, the Trasimeno lake, and Tuscany with Cortona and Siena.
Rome is 1 hour and 20 minutes train distance.
