Oltre 100 i comuni coinvolti, con 6 zone d'eccellenza. 30 escursioni naturalistiche. Capitale ALBA (circa 30000 Ab.). 20 Castelli. Pievi ed Abbazie. È il medioevo a lasciare le tracce più suggestive). Piccoli borghi dove l'arte si fonde con bellissimi paesaggi. BAROLO il Re dei vini, il vino dei RE. Distese di noccioleti ( nocciola Tonda Gentile delle Langhe) Tartufo =il re della cucina langarola e la fortuna del territorio (tartufo bianco di Alba). Lunghi colli come incatenati fra loro. Nel 2014 Le Langhe sono entrate come 50° sito italiano Patrimonio Mondiale UNESCO, il primo premiato per il paesaggio culturale legato al mondo del vino. Terre di vini autoctoni, prodotti ancora oggi SOLO tra questi filari. Negli anni 90 ci fu una ristrutturazione di Cascine e Castelli, investimenti in produzioni agricole d'eccellenza e nel turismo che ha avuto un interesse crescente per queste terre che regalano emozioni. Per la cultura ricordo BEPPE FENOGLIO vissuto ad Alba. Nella sua casa oggi c'è il Centro Studi Beppe Fenoglio e lo Spazio Gallizio, per offrire alla città uno spazio dedicato allo studio delle principali espressioni artistiche e culturali del territorio. E poi CESARE PAVESE nato a Santo Stefano Belbo, un paesino delle Langhe in provincia di Cuneo. Il Castello Grinzane Cavour è forse il più conosciuto poiché ha vissuto, a 22 anni, Camillo Benso conte di Cavour, che segnò una svolta per questo castello e per il vino che riuscì ad ottenere. Pensate che la vigna storica di Cavour è un fazzoletto di terra che vale come un attico in centro a Milano. Queste sono le cose principali che mi hanno colpito e che poi mi è venuta voglia di approfondire, grazie al viaggio che ho fatto il 15 e 16 Settembre 2018. Ci tenevo a coinvolgerVi perché penso sia interessante conoscere ciò che ci ha emozionato. CONSIGLIATISSIMO ??? HISTORICAL REGION of Piedmont straddling the Province of Cuneo and Asti. Expanses of hazelnut groves (Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnut) Tartufo = the king of Langhe cuisine and the fortune of the territory (white truffle from Alba). Long necks as if chained together. In 2014, the Langhe entered as the 50th Italian UNESCO World Heritage site, the first to be awarded for the cultural landscape linked to the world of wine. Lands of native wines, still produced today ONLY between these rows. For the culture I remember BEPPE FENOGLIO who lived in Alba. And then CESARE PAVESE born in Santo Stefano Belbo, a village in the Langhe in the province of Cuneo. g	giulia spanò on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra Alba e la Morra ci sono panorami incantevoli costellati da vallate di noccioleti e vigne. Queste ultime danno un nettare magnifico che è il vino piemontese. Il cibo è protagonista e coinvolge tutti i sensi. Troverete osterie piccole ma di grande qualità, il tartufo è il re. Between Alba and La Morra there are enchanting views dotted with valleys of hazelnut groves and vineyards. The latter give a magnificent nectar that is Piedmontese wine. Food is the protagonist and involves all the senses. You will find small but high quality taverns, the truffle is the king.

Da toscano sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito dalla bellezza e organizzazione delle loro vigne, noccioleti, boschi, oltre alle cantine (forse troppe) e al panorama. Sono pentito di non avergli reso merito prima. Il periodo autunnale, per vendemmia e tartufo, è sicuramente dei migliori. Particular and splendid place in Piedmont. As a Tuscan I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty and organization of their vineyards, hazelnut groves, woods, as well as the cellars (perhaps too many) and the panorama. I regret not having paid him credit earlier. The autumn period, for harvest and truffle, is certainly one of the best.
U	Ugo Modanese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dove vivo non ci sono alture ma una pianura piatta e noiosa, in compenso a pochi chilometri di distanza trovo diverse zone di collina dove posso rifarmi la vista. Le Langhe ed il Roero fanno parte di queste zone. Dire che sono bei posti è troppo riduttivo. Per recensire una zona così ricca di borghi uno meglio dell'altro; così generosa di panorami spettacolari al punto che è sufficente fare una foto per avere un dipinto: così sapiente nel trattare il cibo che anche il piatto più semplice è un piatto da re; ci vorrebbe l'arte di Virgilio ed io purtroppo non sono lui. Direte che sto esagerando, ma prima di farvene una convizione andateci lustratevi gli occhi, soddisfate gli stimoli dello stomaco e godete del fatto che questi posti appartengono al nostro paese. Where I live there are no hills but a flat and boring plain, on the other hand a few kilometers away I find different areas of the hills where I can redo my sight. The Langhe and Roero are part of these areas. To say that they are beautiful places is too simplistic. To review an area so rich in villages, one better than the other; so generous with spectacular views to the point that it is enough to take a photo to have a painting: so skilful in dealing with food that even the simplest dish is a dish for a king; it would take Virgil's art and unfortunately I'm not him. You will say that I am exaggerating, but before you convince yourself of it go there, shine your eyes, satisfy the stimuli of the stomach and enjoy the fact that these places belong to our country.
P	Primula Guglielmi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le Langhe sono belle insieme ai suoi Borghi che meritano di essere visitati. A mio parere le Langhe sono più interessanti e affascinanti in estate quando i vigneti sono verdi e in autunno quando i vigneti hanno le foglie di tutti i colori! Deve essere uno spettacolo poter vedere la distesa di vigneti come sopra descritto!!! Nei vari Borghi ci sono tanti ristoranti dove si mangia divinamente. Posto bello per trascorrere una giornata in mezzo alla natura! Originali sono le panchine giganti che ci sono in vari punti! The Langhe are beautiful together with its villages that deserve to be visited. In my opinion, the Langhe are more interesting and fascinating in summer when the vineyards are green and in autumn when the vineyards have leaves of all colors! It must be a sight to be able to see the expanse of vineyards as described above !!! In the various villages there are many restaurants where you can eat divinely. Nice place to spend a day in the middle of nature! Original are the giant benches that are there in various points!
