Bravo Niccolò! Un consiglio.. più attenzione ai dettagli che anche se piccoli e non inficianti l'uso e il funzionamento del mezzo possono irritare chi come me ha 35 anni di esperienza di moto o ingenerare opinioni sbagliate in chi esperienza non ne ha. I put 5 stars for the seriousness, speed and courtesy and when you buy a motorcycle online (first time) without having seen it live it is all you need, because in these cases as they say in Rome ... you have to trust ... and in my case the trust was well placed. Bravo Niccolò! A piece of advice .. more attention to details which, even if small and not affecting the use and functioning of the vehicle, can irritate those like me who have 35 years of experience in motorcycles or generate wrong opinions in those who have no experience.
C	Carlo Ciurli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l'ho presa usata da loro un paio di anni fa! moto che ha compiuto giusto 13 anni a gennaio, 43000 Km circa di cui 14000 fatto con me sopra, negli ultimi due anni. Sara' che non mi intendo di moto ma a me il loro lavoro e' piaciuto, si la moto ha avuto i suoi acciacchi ma piu' piccoli risolti in garanzia (esempio sensore del tachimetro) i piu' grossi come cuscinetti sterzo, sborsando soldoni (ma leggendo in giro su internet niente di fuori dal normale) . Per i tempi e le info ? quando ho chiesto mi hanno sempre detto tutto in anticipo e chiesto se qualcosa cambiava in corso d'opera. Per le tempistiche nulla da eccepire, io con il mezzo ci vengo a lavoro ed hanno sempre fatto quello che credo il possibile per risolvere la cosa in tempi piu' che ragionevoli. Riassumendo .. For the timing nothing to complain, I come to work with the vehicle and have always done what I believe is possible to resolve the matter in more than reasonable times. Summing up .. Highly Recommend!

Aggiungo anche che mi avevano avvertito che la moto non era in pronta consegna, ma che sarebbe arrivata in un tot di tempo (un mese circa) ed è arrivata ESATTAMENTE nei tempi prestabiliti! Dopo anni senza le 2 ruote, tornarci con questo staff è una bella esperienza. Consiglio caldamente a tutti, neofiti e non. P.S. un grazie particolare a Luca Just bought a Royal Enfield meteor 350: very kind, friendly, polite and prepared staff. I also add that they warned me that the bike was not ready for delivery, but that it would arrive in a certain time (about a month) and arrived EXACTLY on schedule! All'improvviso fatica ogni volta ad accendersi, dandomi qualche preoccupazione. Chiamo venerdì e lo staff riesce a fissarmi subito un appuntamento per lunedì mattina, all'apertura, nonostante la mole di lavoro precedente. Alle 17 la moto è pronta. Non lampeggiando alcuna spia, anche attaccando il computer, non è stato riscontrato alcun problema, però i meccanici, gentilissimi e simpatici, hanno smontato parte della moto interessata e pulito e librificato tasti e cavi vari. Risultato: da allora si accende di nuovo come da manuale. Inoltre hanno raddrizzato la leva pedale del frena e dotato di cinghie per assicurare le borse laterali. Sorpresa finale: non hanno voluto una lira. Un'etica del lavoro che mi ha commosso.
