Stasera ho mangiato i tortellini presi nel pomeriggio.......fatti con un brodo semplice.....erano eccezionali.... rimanevano belli composti,la pasta non si è scotta, non perché li ho scolati presto, ma perché è stesa tutta uguale e di prima qualità..... domani assaggio la pasta e domenica i ravioli..... poi sono stata accolta benissimo e misure anti covid perfette....????
Tonight I ate the tortellini taken in the afternoon ....... made with a simple broth ..... they were exceptional .... they remained beautifully composed, the pasta was not overcooked, not because I drained them early, but because it is spread all the same and of first quality ..... tomorrow I taste the pasta and Sunday the ravioli ..... then I was very well received and perfect anti-covid measures .... ????

Pasta fresca artigianale di qualità, sia quella ripiena sia le classiche all'uovo o acqua e farina. Gentili le ragazze e prezzi onesti. Consiglio vivamente.
Fresh artisan quality pasta, both filled and the classic egg or water and flour pasta. Kind girls and fair prices. I highly recommend.

C'è "pasta all'uovo" e "pasta all'uovo", e poi c'è "La pasta all'uovo" de Le Gallinelle. Incredibili sapori e maestria di preparazioni nuove, rivisitate, tradizionali... i ripieni poi.... speciali, unici. Mai mangiata della pasta fresca all'uovo così ottima. E ottimi e curati gli ingredienti: ogni prodotto è selezionato e se possibile a kilometro zero, da aziende di eccellenza gastronomica. Bravissime!!!
There is "egg pasta" and "egg pasta", and then there is "La pasta all'uovo" by Le Gallinelle. Incredible flavors and mastery of new, revisited, traditional preparations ... the fillings then .... special, unique. Never eaten such excellent fresh egg pasta. And the ingredients are excellent and cared for: each product is selected and if possible at zero kilometer, by companies of gastronomic excellence. Very good !!!

Loved this quaint little place! We were obviously clueless on our first day in Italy so the owner suggested that she just whip up 2 servings of pasta if her recommendation. She answered all our questions patiently and we learned a lot about pasta!

What a wonderful, female-run business! We stopped in for a quick bite and asked if we could get fresh pasta made there rather than for takeaway (and were so happy that one of the owners, Francesca, could help us in English!!). We were sad to learn that the fresh ravioli and other pastas are only available for sit down service during lunch, whereas in the evening they can just be purchased and taken home. Luckily Francesca was super helpful and suggested we try instead one of their fresh lasagnas or homemade manicotti, which they were able to heat in the oven for us in about 10 minutes. She offered us drinks and a table to the side, and kept us company while also prepping gnocchi for the next day (because Thursday is the Roman gnocchi day!). Our individual trays of meat lasagna came out hot but not scalding, and were some of the best pasta we had on our whole trip through Italy. We also had a few of their homemade cookies to round out the meal (YUM), and were even offered espresso. So please, do yourself a favor and be sure to stop in for pasta on your way in or through Ciampino, and preferably for lunch so you can try it all!
