Il palloncino con il numero degli anni era forato, scandaloso, io ne avrei portato un altro. Tra l’altro la composizione era minima. Infine ci ha venduto una mascotte molto diversa da quella pattuita! Poco seria! Di pagare è stata pagata e anche bene. Avete perso clienti???
