★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valutazione pessima non tanto per il prodotto ma per il personale. Capisco la crisi il covid e tutti i problemi ma prendere in giro la gente no. Dopo 5 minuti non avendo ancora deciso l'acquisto la commessa esce con la frase "queste sono le ultime due" facendoti anche io ntendere che c'è la coda per comprarle fino in piazza del Duomo. Ebbene quindi compriamo e con sorpresa dal magazzino esce una scatola nuova di zecca. Ma come non erano le ultime due in esposizione? Trovo gravissimo questo comportamento.
 Bad rating not so much for the product but for the staff. I understand the crisis, the covid and all the problems but not making fun of people. After 5 minutes, having not yet decided on the purchase, the order comes out with the phrase "these are the last two", making you also notice that there is a queue to buy them up to Piazza del Duomo. Well then we buy and with surprise a brand new box comes out of the warehouse. But how weren't the last two on display? I find this behavior very serious.

Passo in negozio per partecipare agli eventi come quello con Csaba, e soprattutto per le offerte periodiche, il servizio e' sempre professionale e preparato
