M	MariaNice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo B&B per un weekend, siamo stati accolti dalla gentile Simona che si è resa subito disponibile a fornirci informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti dove andare a mangiare. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, è molto accogliente, dotato di climatizzatore, molto pulito, è situato in un palazzo storico che si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere agevolmente a piedi le zone caratteristiche del cuore di Napoli. Da non sottovalutare nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura vi sono dei parcheggi dove poter lasciare l'auto in tutta tranquillità. Struttura CONSIGLIATISSIMA We stayed at this B & B for a weekend, we were greeted by friendly Simona who was made available to provide information on places to visit and restaurants to eat. The apartment has been recently renovated, is very welcoming, equipped with air conditioning, very clean, is located in a historic building located in a strategic location to reach on foot the characteristic areas of the heart of Naples. Not to be underestimated in the immediate vicinity of the structure there are parking lots where you can leave your car in peace. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Structure

Bien situado del centro de Nápoles , el apartamento casi todo perfecto excepto que la cama de matrimonio estaba rota desde agosto , imposible dormir cómodo pues se hundía del centro de la cama; ( mire reseñas en Booking pues la propietaria nos mintió y nos dijo que habían sido los últimos huéspedes y no le había dado tiempo a arreglarla y se había roto hacía más de un mes) , después de mal dormir dos noches nos quejamos primero a la propietaria y nos dijo que durmieramos en el sofá no nos dio solución , nos quejamos a Booking y nos devolvió el dinero de las tres noches siguientes y nos fuimos . Nos sentimos engañados pues sabían de antemano que la cama estaba rota por quejas de otros clientes y aún así sigue alquilando el apartamento sin dar esta información. No lo recomiendo a pesar de estar muy limpio y muy bien situado por la poca profesionalidad de la propietaria. Very central apartment, and clean. Well located in the center of Naples, the apartment almost everything perfect except that the double bed had been broken since August, it was impossible to sleep comfortably because it was sinking from the center of the bed; (Look at reviews on Booking because the owner lied to us and told us that they had been the last guests and she had not had time to fix it and it had been broken more than a month ago), after two nights of bad sleep we first complained to the owner and he told us to sleep on the sofa, he gave us no solution, we complained to Booking and he returned our money for the next three nights and we left. We felt cheated because they knew in advance that the bed was broken due to complaints from other clients and even so, they continue to rent the apartment without giving this information. I do not recommend it despite being very clean and very well located due to the unprofessionalism of the owner.

Appartamentino a due passi dalla stazione centrale, munito di ogni comfort e servizi, ottima ospitalità ed accoglienza, unica pecca il wifi che va e viene per il resto ineccepibile, complimenti all'host Excellent location, cleanliness, hospitality, the attentive and very friendly owner, always available for any of our requests or questions, truly a place to try. Apartment a stone's throw from the central station, equipped with every comfort and service, excellent hospitality and welcome, the only flaw is the wifi that comes and goes otherwise flawless, congratulations to the host

Consente un soggiorno comodo ed inoltre il grande divano letto in ambiente diverso dalla camera matrimoniale, consente indipendenza a chi vuole viaggiare con al seguito figli più grandi. Il mio giudizio è eccellente. Ci tornerò di sicuro Very clean apartment, completely renovated and in a really excellent location, close to the center. It allows a comfortable stay and also the large sofa bed in an environment other than the double bedroom, allows independence for those who want to travel with older children. My rating is excellent. I'll be back for sure
