★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco per una pulizia del viso, all'inizio tutto bene, estetista preparata, ma dopo neanche una mezz'ora dove mi stavo rilassando arriva con un foglio scritto insistendo a vendermi i prodotti per la pulizia del viso per un ammontare di ben oltre 100 euro. Sono rimasta basita che al momento non sapevo nemmeno cosa dire. se volevo acquistare i prodotti lo avrei chiesto io, se una vuole solo una pulizia del viso non ce bisogno che deve comprarsi tutto il negozio di creme. Quando ho detto che ero interessata solo alla pulizia del viso al momento del pagamento in cassa hanno continuato ad insistere di nuovo a propormi le loro creme che alla fine stanca delle loro pressioni ne ho acquistata una. A mai più proprio. Avete perso una cliente.

A never again own. You have lost a customer.

Personalmente presto molta attenzione a selezionare chi si occupa della mia estetica e ho deciso di affidarmi a Giulia. Ragazza giovane, ma da anni nel settore, professionale, gentile e sempre aggiornata.
Servizi accurati e disponibili. Cercano sempre di accontentare le clienti "con emergenza dell'ultimo minuto e/o comunque con poca flessibilità di orario".
