Dopo aver gustato gli anelletti al forno, panelle, crocchè e focaccia con porchetta artigianale, abbiamo concluso il tutto con una frolla alla ricotta.
Che dire?! Una bontà assoluta!

I complimenti vanno a Beppe, al figlio e altri collaboratori per la loro immensa gentilezza. Dopo otto giorni in Sicilia non eravamo riusciti ad assaggiare la cassata. Ebbene, Beppe ci ha preparato due cassatine sul momento. Grazie di cuore. E, a proposito, erano ottime: la ricotta era deliziosa, ne avrei mangiato un chilo. Complimenti!
Eat here and you are happy. We tried different things (arancina, crocette, panelle, panini and panelle): all amazing! The compliments go to Beppe, his son and other collaborators for their immense kindness. After eight days in Sicily we had not been able to taste the cassata. Well, Beppe made us two cassatine on the spot. Thank you with all my heart. And, by the way, they were great: the ricotta was delicious, I would have eaten a kilo. Well done!
