★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza.
Ci rechiamo presso il punto vendita per il ritiro del pacchetto misto attraverso l'app To good to go. Arriviamo la ritiriamo, andiamo in macchina, guardiamo la busta e indovinate un po': 4 filoncini di pane 2 pacchetti di biscotti e 1 busta di pan grattato.
Torniamo subito dopo chiedendo spiegazioni in modo garbato in merito a tutto quel pane ed eventualmente un reintegro del pacchetto con altri prodotti poiché noi non mangiamo spesso il pane.
La titolare, inizia ad alzare il tono senza alcun motivo, dicendo che non può riprendere i prodotti, ne integrare, ne sostituire, poiché secondo lei era giusto. Chiediamo quindi di annullare l'acquisto. Ma facendoci pagare in contanti (quindi non attraverso l'app) non ci permette il reclamo, rimaniamo disarmati.
Alla fine ci sostituisce i 4 filloncini con 2 pezzi di pizza(20x20) al pomodoro del giorno prima. Il pacchetto acquistato doveva essere in teoria da 15 euro. Ci fanno pagare in contanti, quindi non pagando attraverso l'app non ci permette di rilasciare la recensione sull'app e ovviamente senza rilascio dello scontrino. Bella furbata, fate attenzione. Sconsigliato.

The owner begins to raise the tone for no reason, saying that she cannot resume the products, integrate or replace them, since according to her it was right. We therefore ask you to cancel the purchase. But making us pay in cash (therefore not through the app) does not allow us the complaint, we remain unarmed.
In the end he replaces the 4 filloncini with 2 pieces of pizza (20x20) with tomato sauce from the day before. The package purchased was supposed to be 15 euros in theory. They make us pay in cash, so not paying through the app does not allow us to release the review on the app and obviously without issuing the receipt. Beautiful crafty, be careful. Not recommended.
