Nous avons été enchantés de passer une semaine au Balze di Rosennano, dans une maison traditionnelle modernisée avec beaucoup de goût . Le bâtiment a gardé son charme extérieur, alors que l'intérieur a été revisité avec un merveilleux équilibre entre l'authenticité et un superbe design à l'italienne. Un pur bonheur ! La vue de la terrasse sur la nature toscane typique est époustouflante. Grâce aux recommendations du sympathique propriétaire nous avons pu découvrir la région sous ses aspects aussi bien géographiques que culturels et gastronomiques. La maison est en effet remarquablement située, au grand calme, non loin en voiture de Florence et son riche passé historique, ainsi que des jolies villes de Sienne et Radda. Elle est aussi localisée dans le célèbre terroir des vins de Chianti, et près de celui de Montepulciano. Merci au propriétaire de nous avoir aiguillé vers d'excellents restaurants servant une délicieuse cuisine locale à des prix très raisonnables. C'est sans hésitations que nous recommanderons chaleureusement Le Balze Di Rosennanno à ceux et celles désirant découvrir la magie toscane dans un endroit de rêve ! A magical place in Tuscany! We were delighted to spend a week at Balze di Rosennano, in a traditional house modernized with great taste. The building has kept its exterior charm, while the interior has been revisited with a wonderful balance between authenticity and superb Italian design. A pure happiness ! The view from the terrace over the typical Tuscan nature is breathtaking. Thanks to the recommendations of the friendly owner, we were able to discover the region in its geographical, cultural and gastronomic aspects. The house is in fact remarkably located, very quiet, not far by car from Florence and its rich historical past, as well as the pretty towns of Siena and Radda. It is also located in the famous terroir of Chianti wines, and near that of Montepulciano. Thanks to the owner for directing us to excellent restaurants serving delicious local cuisine at very reasonable prices. It is without hesitation that we warmly recommend Le Balze Di Rosennanno to those wishing to discover the magic of Tuscany in a dream location!

Tantissime possibilità di gite ed escursioni. Meritano una visita A group of renovated houses in an ancient Tuscan village. Great taste and style; comfortable and well managed. Es war einfach wunderschön die Toskana im Winter zu erleben.Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Besitzer empfangen. Wir waren in der Loggia und fanden den Ausbau des Hauses sehr gelungen und geschmackvoll. Die Aussicht ist sensationell. Das große Fenster mit wunderschöner Aussicht half uns beim Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, der tolle Kamin, welcher uns gemütliche Wärme an kühlen Abenden spendete. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet. Wir kommen wieder! We really enjoyed the time at Le Balze. We were there in February. It was just beautiful to experience the Tuscany in the winter. We were welcomed very friendly by the owner. We were in the loggia and found the expansion of the house very successful and tasteful. The view is sensational. The large window with a beautiful view helped us relax. The apartment is comfortably furnished. Particularly noteworthy is the great fireplace, which gave us cozy warmth on cool evenings. We lacked nothing. The kitchen is modern. We will be back!
