very friendly and helpful staff .. they were fast and attentive to details, they met me even in the most specific requests and they have not left anything out. My house thanks to them is returned clean and fragrant in one day !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non era la prima volta che ho usufruito dei loro servizi, ma stavolta purtroppo sono rimasta profondamente insoddisfatta. La pulizia di fondo post ristrutturazione è stata meno che soddisfacente, hanno dimenticato molto dettagli (a titolo di esempio, ho trovato polvere sui davanzali e nelle fughe)... diciamo che per il prezzo che si paga ci si aspetta un servizio top, e non una pulizia superficiale che potrebbe fare qualsiasi colf a ore. Ma la cosa che mi è più dispiaciuta è che nonostante abbia espresso per due volte lamentele sul servizio ricevuto, con tanto di video dimostrativo, non si sono degnati di rispondermi, ne per scusarsi, ne per offrirmi un ripasso. Pessima attenzione al cliente è scarsa professionalità.
It was not the first time that I have used their services, but this time unfortunately I was deeply dissatisfied. The cleaning after renovation was less than satisfactory, they forgot a lot of details (for example, I found dust on the windowsills and in the joints) ... let's say that for the price you pay you expect a top service, and not a superficial cleaning that any maid could do by the hour. But the thing that I regret most is that despite having twice expressed complaints about the service received, complete with a demonstration video, they did not deign to answer me, neither to apologize, nor to offer me a review. Bad customer focus is poor professionalism.
