F	Flavia Forgione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima.ho acquistato 5 massaggi ed è stato il peggior errore che potessi fare.posto trascurato il massaggio viene fatto mentre i cellulari squillano fortissimi con le luci accese e senza un minimo di relax.la.seconda volta ilassaggio viene fatto da una estetista molto brava ma costretta a lasciarmi a metà massaggio per sistemare un macchinario per la pulizia del viso e dopo avermi fatto spostare già spogliata la cabina!!la terza volta mi telefonano perché l' estetista (e ha fatto bene) si e licenziata...la quarta mandano un semplice SMS per chiusura attivita' e addio massaggi...soldi buttati! Zero professionalità e competenza, assoluta mancanza di pulizia (non vengono pulite le postazioni da cliente a cliente e non vengono disinfettati attrezzi e lime!), utilizzo di smalti vecchi e densificati, applicazione sbordata, grossolana e senza neppure l'aggiustamento delle cuticole. Oltretutto non sanno limare, appena uscita sono corsa altrove per smontare il pasticcio e mi hanno sconsigliato una nuova applicazione perché le unghie erano, oltre che doloranti, distrutte. Lo consiglio a coloro che volessero andare in giro con unghie da cinghiale oppure rischiare di prendersi un fungo (finché l'unghia resiste, s'intende!). Avrei altre sedute del pacchetto da fare ma non ci rientrerei neanche morta. I went with a Groupon package for semi-permanent hands and feet, never seen such a thing. Ho fatto una cera tornata a casa mi sono trovata i peli a chiazze ed ustionata, non mi hanno rilasciato neanche la fattura! Pessima esperienza non ci andrò mai più! Mi ha lasciato un sacco di peli e delle cicatrici sulle gambe assurde! Per la seconda ceretta mi avevano chiesto di arrivare un ora prima perché erano nei casini con gli appuntamenti e mi hanno fatto aspettare 45 minuti. L ambiente è sporco e tenuto male. Mai vista così tanta incompetenza! Non mi vedranno mai più! I bought 3 waxes on Groupon. The first date was given to me after 1 month with a girl who did not know how to wax. Ho presso il pacchetto su Groupon per tre manicure e pedicure con smalto semi-permanente, la prima volta non mi ha fatto impazzire ma ho pensato “va bene, è quello che è”. La seconda volta che sono andata mi hanno messo un smalto de bassissima qualità, e non solo quello avevano scritto sul libro degli appuntamenti che avevo già avuto unaltro manicure-pedicure, questo significava che la seconda volta sarebbe stata l’ultima. Non so come si fa a sbagliare sugli appuntamenti e perché hanno scritto che ero già andata altre sue volte, sono andata via più che insotisfatta. E l’ultima volta mi hanno messo l’appuntamento alle 14, ho pure presso un taxi poiché non volevo fare tardi, per ritrovarmi ad aspettare più di mezz’ora mentre facevano un manicure e un pedicure ad un’altra persona. Non avevo mai provato tanta incompetenza nella mia vita. Che mancanza di rispetto col tempo e i soldi degli altri. Ovviamente dopo aspettare me ne sono andata via senza farmi fare niente. Mai più!!! Il risultato è stato che non sono più tornata a terminare gli appuntamenti presi con Groupon. La manicure pessima. La ceretta pure. Ripeto: non credo sia una questione di bravura.
