★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insolventi. Loro dipendenti hanno alloggiato presso la struttura che gestisco e malgrado numerosi solleciti non hanno saldato nessuna delle fatture costringendoci a sporgere denuncia.
Aggiornato dopo la Vs risposta = ho le prove di email e telefonate ed una denuncia a dimostrazione che dovevate saldare voi mentre non risulta abbiate mai accennato che il saldo doveva essere fatto dai subappaltatori.
Mi risulta anzi che gli stessi vi abbiano pure sporto denuncia per Insolvenza.

Updated after your reply = I have evidence of emails and phone calls and a complaint demonstrating that you had to pay yourself while it is not apparent that you never mentioned that the balance had to be made by the subcontractors.
Indeed, it seems to me that they also filed a complaint for Insolvency.
