Ho trovato una grande cordialità e pazienza, "ho fatto 1000 domande", dopo una visita accurata dell'appoggio plantare e della distribuzione del carico, fatta al computer, mi hanno fatto provate vari modelli a me più indicati....alla fine ho scelto le Mizuno Wave Rider 25! Prezzi e competenza a livetllli ottimi....altro che acquisti online!! Ci sono tornato anche nel pomeriggio con mia moglie per acquistare le scarpe da running per lei! L	Luca Ranieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato essere così delusi da un negozio che pensavo essere un punto di riferimento nel panorama romano...eppure devo constatare questa volta la totale mancanza di disponibilità, competenza, ma anche solo volontà di ascolto di un cliente che cerca un aiuto. Dopo aver acquistato da loro un Garmin Vivoactive 4, sono tornato in negozio xché lo stesso orologio ha smesso di ricaricarsi... la mia domanda era solo rivolta a cercare di capire con loro se il problema riguardasse l'orologio o il cavo di ricarica... purtroppo la loro risposta svogliata e non collaborativa è stata solo la loro mancanza di assistenza post vendita sul materiale Garmin... bisogna andare online... ma se è passato meno di un anno dall'acquisto non dovrebbe esserci la garanzia del negoziante (per legge)?? ...allora al massimo ti aiuteremo noi ad andare online... ma forse basta prendere un cavetto da un altro orologio li in esposizione e provare a vedere se il mio si ricarica? No way ... bisogna andare online... vabbè peccato perché pensavo fossero bravi ... Non sempre vendere scarpe vuol dire trattare i clienti con i piedi... ;) ...sorry It's a shame to be so disappointed in a shop that I thought was a point of reference in the Roman scene ... yet I have to note this time the total lack of availability, competence, but also just the willingness to listen to a customer looking for help. After buying a Garmin Vivoactive 4 from them, I went back to the store because the same watch stopped charging ... my question was just trying to figure out with them if the problem was with the watch or the charging cable. .. unfortunately their listless and uncooperative response was only their lack of after-sales assistance on Garmin equipment ... you have to go online ... but if less than a year has passed since the purchase there should be no guarantee from the shopkeeper (By law)?? ... then at most we will help you to go online ... but maybe just take a cable from another watch on display and try to see if mine recharges? No way ... you have to go online ... oh well shame because I thought they were good ... Selling shoes doesn't always mean treating customers with your feet ...;) ... sorry
