Una volta a Maggio e una volta a Luglio mi ha risposto una signora rassicurandomi che mi avrebbe fatto chiamare. da allora spariti loro sparita la merce e spariti i soldi. la cosa più sconcertante è che HANNO CANCELLATO IL MIO ACCAUNT SUL SITO . I placed an order in April and it never arrived, I have tried to contact them countless times but there is no way to talk to them. Once in May and once in July a lady answered and reassured me that she would call me. since then the goods disappeared and the money disappeared. the most disconcerting thing is that THEY HAVE DELETED MY ACCAUNT ON THE SITE.

c	ci barlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo potessi dare 0 stelle lo farei danno la colpa al corriere che hanno perso il pacco non ti forniscono il tracking perchè non spediscono chiesto rimborso tramite paypal ma dubito che rimborsano. non cascateci !! bad I could give 0 stars I would blame the courier who lost the package they do not provide you with tracking because they do not send asked for a refund via paypal but I doubt they will refund. don't fall for it !!

Si sono presi i soldi e non hanno mai evaso gli ordini, qualche risposta sporadica mai veritiera e poi non hanno più risposto. I just have one word to say "thieves". I placed two orders in early January for a total of around 140 euros. They took the money and never fulfilled the orders, some sporadic replies never truthful and then they never replied.

Oggi mi chiamano e mi dicono ke non è disponibile; ma se lo avete spedito il 07? A loro non risulta la spedizione! Chiesto rimborso ma chissà quando mi arriverà, se fosse una ditta seria non si comporterebbe così e risponderebbero almeno al telefono ???? Ordered quilt on 06/12 on Amazon, on 07/12 I get the communication ke was sent on 07/12 and will arrive between 20 and 22/12 complete with tracking number and GLS courier. Today they call me and tell me ke is not available; but if you sent it on 07? They are not aware of the shipment! Refund requested but who knows when it will arrive, if it were a serious company it would not behave like this and would at least answer the phone ????

NON COMPRATE DA LORO NON SONO SERI AFFATTO!! DON'T BUY IT'S A SCAM! If there was the possibility of putting 0 stars I would put it .. I bought and paid for a month ago but nothing of the goods, on the phone they do not answer as to the emails that have been read by a certain Jennifer who never replied. I asked for a refund but I don't think I'll ever see it. DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS AT ALL !!
