Acquistata una planta di calle rivelatasi in questione di ore una perdita denaro per me e una delusione per la persona a cui la regalai. La pianta era totalmente marcia, neanche trapiantarla ha potuto rimediare il danno causato dall'incompetenza della fioristeria Lazzini Andrea. Per quello che costano le piante che vendono non sarebbe una cattiva idea vendere almeno piante e fiori in condizioni accettabili.
A real shame!
Purchased a plan of calle which in a matter of hours proved to be a waste of money for me and a disappointment for the person to whom I gave it. The plant was totally rotten, not even transplanting it could remedy the damage caused by the incompetence of the Florist shop Lazzini Andrea. For what the plants they sell cost, it would not be a bad idea to at least sell plants and flowers in acceptable conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le composizioni sono carine .. una stella perché non sono molto affabili direi scortesi…ed i prezzi sono troppo alti …non hanno capito che vendono fiori..un po’ di umiltà …sarebbe più gradita…
The compositions are nice ... a star because they are not very friendly I would say rude ... and the prices are too high ... they did not understand that they sell flowers ... a little humility ... it would be more welcome ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei dato ben volentieri 5 stelle a questo fioraio che ha dei fiori bellissimi e riesce a comporli in presentazioni ancora più belle.
Originale dalla scelta degli abbinamenti ai fiori stessi che si vede siano stati scelti con cura (vedi foto) peccato però che come cliente non mi sia sentita molto “capita” e, se posso dirlo, anche trattata con un po’ di sufficienza. Credo invece che bisogni ascoltare il cliente e trovare una soluzione soddisfacente per le esigenze presentate pur mantenendo fede al proprio marchio e alla propria immagine. Nonostante i fiori bellissimi (ho acquistato un mazzo di fiori per una laurea) mi sono sentita trattata con poca cortesia e un briciolo di superbia. Peccato, perché la gentilezza è gratis.
I would have gladly given 5 stars to this florist who has beautiful flowers and manages to arrange them into even more beautiful presentations.
Original from the choice of combinations to the flowers themselves that you see have been chosen with care (see photo), it is a pity that as a customer I did not feel very "understood" and, if I may say so, also treated with a little sufficiency. I believe instead that you need to listen to the customer and find a satisfactory solution for the needs presented while maintaining faith in your brand and image. Despite the beautiful flowers (I bought a bouquet for a graduation) I felt treated with little courtesy and a modicum of pride. Too bad, because kindness is free.
