Newly renovated B&B. Very clean and welcoming. The owners are very nice and make guests feel at ease. Strategic position to visit the different places of interest nearby. Breathtaking breakfast! We will be back soon! Highly recommended!

Excellent for the location to begin with, close to various places of interest and nature trails.
The facility is new, clean and comfortable. Cozy rooms and tastefully furnished common areas.

Clean and spacious rooms, furnished with taste and elegance like the owner Simona, kind and available for every need of the guests, always ready for advice and indications on places to visit in the surrounding area. The sweet and savory breakfast is excellent and plentiful, also with typical local products and real delicacies. Together Fabrizio and Simona are the Bonnie and Clyde of hospitality
What can I say: they make a holiday in the already splendid Umbria a place where you decide to return even before leaving
