La referente, con la quale ho svolto il colloquio conoscitivo in agenzia, mi fissa un incontro con un'azienda, al quale lei presenzierà; salvo poi inviarmi un sms 5 minuti prima del suddetto impegno comunicandomi di presentarmi pure da solo (senza chiarire se sarebbe poi arrivata o meno). Dopo il colloquio, presso l'azienda con un capo non esattamente professionale e accomodante, chiamo la referente dell'agenzia per aggiornarla dei fatti e chiarire alcuni punti (nell'interesse mio e di chiunque dovesse mai avere a che fare con tale azienda). Ma non risponde. Comunico perciò il tutto ad una sua gentile collega, la quale prende nota e afferma che mi avrebbe fatto ricontattare da lei. Dopo 2 settimane, nonostante solleciti mai seguiti da alcuna chiamata, riesco a conferire con lei; le sue risposte evidenziano una non trascurabile estraneità alle vicende del colloquio, tant'è che sono fondamentalmente inesatte o addirittura contrarie a quanto realmente accaduto. Lei si difende esclamando che non esisto solo io e che ha tanti colloqui da gestire. Non credo sia un comportamento minimamente professionale da parte di chi dovrebbe fungere da tramite tra azienda e lavoratore, ma che invece non riesce nemmeno a informarsi e gestire una telefonata da 5 minuti per interessarsi ad una microscopica frazione della sua enorme mole di lavoro. Non è certamente ciò che necessitano delle persone in cerca di lavoro. Bad experience. The contact person, with whom I carried out the cognitive interview in the agency, sets me a meeting with a company, which she will attend; but then send me a text message 5 minutes before the aforementioned commitment, telling me to introduce myself as well (without clarifying whether it would later arrive or not). After the interview, at the company with a boss who is not exactly professional and accommodating, I call the agency's contact person to update her on the facts and clarify some points (in my interest and for anyone who should ever have anything to do with this company). But he doesn't answer. Therefore I communicate everything to a kind colleague of hers, who takes note and states that she would have made me contact her again. After 2 weeks, despite reminders never followed by any call, I am able to confer with her; his answers highlight a not negligible extraneousness to the events of the interview, so much so that they are fundamentally inaccurate or even contrary to what actually happened. She defends herself by exclaiming that it is not just me and that she has many talks to manage. I do not think it is a minimally professional behavior on the part of those who should act as an intermediary between the company and the worker, but who instead cannot even inquire and manage a 5-minute phone call to be interested in a microscopic fraction of his enormous amount of work. It is certainly not what job seekers need.
E	Eluane Eluane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON CONSIGLIO QUESTA AGENZIA. Mio figlio ha mandato il cv in quanto senza esperienza se avesse trovato qualche lavoretto per arrotondare in quanto studia ancora. Gli hanno proposto di fare IL PARRUCCHIERE nel weekend mio figlio gli ha chiaramente detto che non aveva fatto questi studi ma loro avevano detto che andava bene lo stesso e poi si è presentato nel salone e gli avevano riferito al parrucchiere senior che lui aveva esperienza come parrucchiere per 1 anno allora lo hanno messo a fare taglio e piega. Mio figlio è venuto a casa in lacrime PERCHE' NON SAPEVA COME DIRGLIELO CHE NON AVEVA ESPERIENZA E CHE C'ERA UNO SBAGLIO HA DOVUTO CAPIRE IL PARRUCCHIERE SENIOR PERCHE' MIO FIGLIO NON SAPEVA PRENDERE NEMMENO UNA SPAZZOLA IN MANO.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY. My son sent his CV as he was inexperienced if he had found some job to supplement as he is still studying. They offered him to be a HAIRDRESSER at the weekend my son clearly told him he hadn't done these studies but they said it was okay and then he showed up in the salon and told the senior hairdresser that he had experience as a hairdresser for 1 year then they put it to cut and fold. My son came home in tears BECAUSE HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO TELL HIM THAT HE HAD NO EXPERIENCE AND THAT THERE WAS A MISTAKE THE SENIOR HAIRDRESSER HAD TO UNDERSTAND WHY MY SON DID NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE A BRUSH IN HIS HAND ..
