The rudeness of the staff is shocking. Hurried and inaccurate service in the store, impossible to get information on the phone. Spend your money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentre provi il vestiario, evidentemente qualcuno ascolta ,replicando da dietro le quinte offendendo per aver scherzato su di un paio di pantaloni assieme ad un collega su la rigidità del tessuto ,ma da li a cominciare a sbraitare e offendendo dicendo testuali parole ;certo se chi prova e pelato grasso e con la pancia ,la signora che ha sempre parlato da dietro le quinte, alla mia replica ha risposto ovviamente che scherzava e che non poteva sapere chi stesse provando .Andate altrove dove il personale e più preparato e gentile.
While you try on the clothing, evidently someone listens, replying from behind the scenes offending for having joked on a pair of trousers together with a colleague about the stiffness of the fabric, but from there starting to yell and offend by saying textual words; of course if who test and bald fat and with the belly, the lady who always spoke from behind the scenes, to my reply obviously replied that she was joking and that she could not know who was trying. Go elsewhere where the staff is more prepared and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non meriterebbero nemmeno una stella, è il sistema che mi costringe a metterla.La motivazione è senz'altro della scarsa professionalità, dovuta a un pagamento fatto in contanti.Dopo che mio marito ha contato davanti alla segretaria 700 euro in banconota da 50, gli arriva dopo 6 ore una telefonata dal proprietario o chi che sia, la quale richiedeva una nuova banconota da 50 euro poiché asseriva che quella che gli aveva dato mio marito era strappata.Premesso che mio marito aveva prelevato 500 euro al bancomat, e i restanti 200 euro erano stati incassati e quindi avendo un attività e ricevendo un incasso, siamo noi RESPONSABILI a controllare le banconote che non siano false o danneggiate.Come fanno a stabilire che la banconota erano quelle nostra? Mio marito per correttezza si è recato presso la loro sede, in tutta risposta hanno voluto i 50 euro e mi hanno restituito quella "presunta" danneggiata.Non si fa così.Hanno perso un cliente assiduo, e non faremo più ritorno nel loro punto vendita.Quindi aprite gli occhi! Serietà 0
