All arrivo già dall imballaggio sul piano si vedevano punti molto evidenti di ruggine.Ho sollecitato subito senza levare l imballo,inviando fotografie e quant altro , la loro irremovibile risposta è stata di pulirla con un panno abbrasivo affinché andasse via.Piu volte prima di farlo ho ribadito che avrei raschiato l acciaio e che il risultato non sarebbe cambiato,eccoci qua ho eseguito le loro indicazioni il colore ruggine è andato via ma il foro della corrosione è rimasto.Alla mia ennesima mail mi è stato risisposto che loro vendono la cucina x il funzionamento non per l estetica. Quindi possono inviarvi pure un rotame che non importa ,l importante che funzioni.Per quanto riguarda il funzionamento ancora non ho avuto modo di montarla perché non sapevo cosa dovevo fare se restituirla o meno.Vedo che sono molto disonesti ..non la restituisco perché sono capaci visto il loro mancato interessamento di trattenersi i soldi e pure il prodotto.rifaro fare il piano da un chi lavora l acciaio .Sicuro che da Voi non comprerò più nulla !
