La tintoria non è riuscita a tirare via delle macchie di acqua, poi riportando il cappotto in negozio, e dicendo di averlo fatto lavare, loro mi hanno detto che lo avrebbero fatto lavare nella loro tintoria, che comunque se fosse stato fallato me lo avrebbero cambiato con uno nuovo. Il cappotto è tornato a posto dopo averlo fatto lavare nella seconda tintoria. Quando ho chiamato per riavere indietro i soldi del lavaggio, la proprietaria della tintoria invece di scusarsi e rendermi il denaro è stata arrogante e maleducata... mai più in questa tintoria!!!

When I called to get the money back for the washing, the owner of the dry cleaner was arrogant and rude instead of apologizing and returning the money ... never again in this dry cleaner's !!!
